Just booked resse w/ HKingdom-NERVOUS !!!

Ok- so I went to Hotel Kingdom and book my reservation with Hotel Kingdom ( prices we're good ), in my confirmation letter (email ) This was part of it


" Resort- computers at front desk will not show your reservation until day of arrival " If you have recieved confirmation please rest assured that you are confirmed.




OMG>>>>>>>> This REALLY make me nervous !!!!!


Has any one booked through Hotel Kingdom -recieved this in their confirmation ?

I used hotelkingdom last year and booked at cypress pointe and didn't have any problems. I just recently booked thru them again for this year.

We currently have a reservation thru hotel kingdom for May 28-June 7 at Cypress Pointe. I have used Hotel Kingdom in the past and never had any trouble with the booking at different hotels in ORL although I like you was concerned with the message the first time I used them.

I am not sure what they mean by that.
We booked a unit at Cypress Pointe back in July for our up coming stay on the 28th, (yeah ). We have talked to the resort a few times, including last night, regarding our reservation & never had a problem.

I got the same thing in my confirmation email. Yes it does make you nervous and I am not sure why they do it that way, but I am guessing if you are charged and have the confirmation email you are good to go. Does anyone have the direct number to cypress pointe in case we want to talk to them?

I have used them a few times, too. No problems at all. When we booked at Cypress Pointe, I called right after getting my confirmation and asked for a ground floor room and had no problems.

Well I do want to call....are their suggestions for me to try and get a "ground floor " ? This is our first time - so I am not sure what exactly I should be requesting ? ...We booked in the Resort and not the Villas, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot why it's that way, but it is. I've booked with HK 2x now and was told the same thing, but I called the resort I was staying at a few days or a week before, can't remember...and they had all my info there, including my requests.

You really shouldn't worry, they are a very reputable company.

We asked for the ground floor because we stayed in the old part with no elevators. I just called and asked for a ground floor near the pool and they gave it to us with no problems. I called the day of arrival and told them we would not be there until after nine and they said they had our room waiting for us and had the requests.
