Just Booked our GF Photo Shoot! - UPDATED w/Pics - Pg 4!

I was thinking of shorts for my DH & Son but thought it might look too casual, but I acutally like the way yours turned out the the Blue Polo shirts... I was thinking perhaps Jeans and white Polo Shirts, but now I'm rethinking our outfits.

Sure. The cost for the session is $49.95; however, if you preorder your Photopass CD before your vacation (use the link at www.stitchkingdom.com/photopass) for the discounted rate of $99, the session fee is waived. You call the Grand Floridian directly to book it.

We had ours done on 9/13. They took 69 different poses, inside and outside. We had a great photog, Faith. She was alot of fun. As soon as we get our CD, we'll post pics from the shoot too.

Wow! So, if you buy the photopass cd, you basically get all the GF photo pics for free?! That's great!! Ok, next question is.. how far in advance can you book this? And do you need to give them some kind of verification that you bought the cd already?? And do they do the photo shoots 7 days a week or just certian days/times?

Yes, that is correct! It's such a great deal, I'm surprised they haven't caught on yet...

At the time we booked ours, they were only booking 30 days in advance.

Once you preorder your CD, you will receive an email invoice/confirmation. When you call to book, tell them you will be or have preordered and they will tell you that you'll need to bring a copy of that email confirmation to show when you come for your shoot and that's it! No fee!

I'm not sure about days of the week, but I think they do it every day, and I believe up until about 6 or 7pm.

Ok,maybe just one or two more questions.. thanks so much for bearing with me here.. LOL

1. Do they charge your cc the 49.95 fee upfront when you book and then refund you when you show them the paper, or do they just not charge you at all... and then you show them the paper for verification? Just trying to see if they are going to automatically charge me the 50.00 when i call 30 days out....

2. How long did the photo shoot last? DD has an appt. at the MK BBB at 4pm, then we have dinner at the GF at 6pm.. i am guessing i couldn't squeeze a photo shoot in there huh? That seems to good to be true.. LOL

It is not free anymore. That was a special promotion. I believe it is now $25 if you preorder.

Ok, so basically, now it would be 125.00.. ( 99.00 for the cd, and $25 for the GF charge)? So, i guess by buying the cd you are saving $25 then -- if that promo isn't valid any longer?
In that case.. i am not sure what i would do.... mabye just pay for the photo shoot for the $50, and skip the cd..

Ah, I was not aware of that. I do know that when we booked though, they didn't even ask for CC information, so if there is a charge, it wouldn't be charged to your CC in advance, unless they've changed that too.

Our shoot was scheduled for 3pm. They told us to arrive 15 mins. early. We got there at 2:45pm, immediately they started and we were leaving around 3:20pm.

Oh wow!! So, it MAY just be possible... If her BBB appt. is at 4pm, i would say i SHOULD be out of there by 5pm, if i could do a photo shoot for 5:15 - i MAY just be able to make dinner at 6pm.. LOL hmm....

I would call and ask, but I don't see why it would be a problem.

We just got back from doing it and we were a family of 16. We were able to get group shots and then indiv. family shots. They really came out nice. I am very pleased. I wan't sure about the large group but it worked out great.
