Just booked our flights in the virgin flight sale, £584 direct from Glasgow to MCO using some air miles, original price was £648. Virgin miles are great! Can't wait, let the planning begin!

That's how we booked our flights - saved up points for ages and got 2 flights....only had to pay taxes . When are you going?

Wouldn't be so bad if you only paid taxes, unfortunately with Virgin reward seats you also contribute towards the fuel

Breakdown of your £212.70 per reward seat:
GBP 120.00 Operating Airline Fuel & Insurance Surcharge
GBP 92.70 Taxes, fees and charges

Even more annoying is what I am wanting to do, book a one way flight back from Orlando to Manchester, they want 21,250 miles plus £$227.50 which breaks down to $2.50 in taxes, the other $225 is fuel surcharge:
