Just booked our Dec flights!

Yippee! I just booked our Dec 2010 flights. The 4 of us are flying JetBlue out of Syracuse Dec 11. If I had booked back in June I could have saved some moola but you live and learn. Ended up paying $1450 for weekend flights, direct to Orlando and 1 stop on the way home. I saw better prices with other airlines out of Syracuse but the kids have never flown before so I wanted their first time to be JetBlue. It is way more exciting once you start booking things

If we are going over the Christmas period, I always try to buy my tickets as early as possible. We are going from the 19'th - 30'th of Dec and I booked my flights in March....flying out of Detroit for $325.00. They are now over $400.00. If flying out of Detroit, I always find that if you book early, you save money. We are going on a cruise out of San Juan In Feb and when we booked the Cruise ( May) the travel agent wanted us to book our airfare for $411.00 cdn. We waited until last week and ended up paying $450.00 in U.S. funds
