Just Booked My Disney Honeymoon!!!

Hey everyone! New to posting, but have lurked quite a bit. Been to WDW about 15 times, all at the Polynesian.

This has got to be the most exciting thing ever, and I had to post about it!

Our honeymoon will be 7 Days 6 Nights, in September, at the Polynesian, King Kamehameha club level, lagoon view!

This is a dream come true for me, and I'm sure it will be for my lovely wife to be who has only been to WDW once, when she was about 5 or 6, and stayed off-property.

I'm looking into getting her a spa package at the Grand Floridian as one of my gifts to her, any advice? Any other posts you could point me to or advice you can offer about honeymooning in WDW?

Unfortunately, we couldn't even begin to imagine affording an actual Disney Wedding, so we'll save that for later in life, maybe for renewing our vows 20 years from now or for an anniversary, or both!

You rock! That is my dream WDW hotel! Haven't stayed there yet! but DF and I will be staying there for out wedding night. I would love to do the spa package too.

Have some nice romantic dinners, maybe even Victoria and Alberts if you can afford it. Even dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table would be a nice time, plus you get pictures of it.

Speaking of picture, get the photopass and tons of pictures. I love it. I used it for the trip where my DF proposed and had about 150 picture, which I bought on a DVD. Great Quality! and now they are all on my computer.

And make sure you get the "Just Married" pins from guest services, they make sure everyone knows and you get a little extra disney magic.

I think the bride and groom ears are adorable, and you can get them with a gift basket (including champagne and other honeymoon stuff) from Disney Florist. Or you can get the ears from any of the parks or DTD.
