Just Booked March 09' - Ssr First Time!

So I just got the deal of a lifetime through a DVC member for SSR. We are staying in a 2 bedroom villa for 10 nights March 11th - 21st. I am freaking out I am so excited to finally be back on property. Usually rent a home so this is a new treat. I'd love any tips on SSR and which building to request - also tips as a DVC guest (which we will be since we will be registed as this). Then on to booking flights from TO - any ideas as to whom I should look at flying with? Buffalo is the best deal - but JetBlue hasn't publushed into March yet!

Wow - quiet on the Canadian boards tonight. I'd love to hear from those who have stayed at SSR.

SSR is great. Can't really compare to anything else since that's the only place we've been. But we love the proximity to Downtown Disney. A nice leisurely night-time boat ride to Ghiradelli's for a sundae - mmmmmm....

Both times I've stayed at SSR we have been in Congress Park and loved it. It was quiet with a short walk to DTD. The quiet pool was never busy and the buses seemed good. We never went up to the Carriage House except to checkin so I can't give any advice on the main pool or the CS/TS restaurants. If you plan on using the main pool, request the Springs section as it's the closest to it. The resort is really spread out, so in turn it never seems busy. Enjoy!
