one thing that I liked with MTD is that you can coordinate all the shows with dinner times....or, maybe I should say the other way around.

You can go either way with MTD. Coordinating shows around dinner times is in line with what you'd do for "traditional" seating. But MTD gives you the flexibility to flip that around and schedule your dinner around the show.
