Hiya

Well we have booked the hotel now, we are staying at the Pop century in a
preferred room for our October 2008 trip.

We have also decided to book the deluxe dining plan, which we think sounds very good, as we really enjoy the sit down meals and buffets at Disney and it will be nice to know our meals are covered, and that we can try lots of different places.

Only thing is how do you plan to make that many adrs!!! I mean there will be at least two adrs needed a day!!! my minds not quiet round that yet!!

any suggestions on places to eat, Le cellier and Concourse are already must have for us.

Also is here a list anywhere for the places we can use the deluxe plan

thanx anna

what's the 'deluxe' plan?
how does it differ from the regular plan? (if there is such a thing)..

i would think that there's a list either on the official WDW site, or perhaps at allears.net

Anna ~ Do you mean the Platinum Plan?

Hiya

No Disney has four dining plans for next year

heres the details

The Dining Plan that was available this year is still available next year, includes one counter service meal, one seated meal, one snack per guest, but now doesnt include gratuity or appetisers on the meals.

The deluxe Dining plan gives the use the opportunity to have three sit down meals a day if they so choose, or two sit downs and a counter or what ever they choose, plus two snacks, and re fillable mug each for the hotel.

then there the premium and platinum dining plans that include everything you can imagine lol.

we went for the delux as its nice to ahve the choice of all sit down meals

that is a big difference...
now i understand what you mean about all the adrs...

lol true, but we have been known to do two sit downs a day, but there also the option to change two credits for a signature meal

If the cost is reasonable I think this is an excellent idea. We would have booked it for this year. We always like a table service breakfast and dinner but probably won't eat much more than an ice-cream during the day while we are in the parks. It meant that the current dining plan didn't work out as good value for us.

i just looked at the restaurant list for the 2007 dining plan at the allears.net website..
it seems as if all restaurants are included, just some require two credits rather than one....(signature restaurants and in room dining)

yes they are but on the standard plan u would need 2 days worth of ts credits for a signature meal

i'm the same as the other poster, we don't really eat all that much during the day, so i think i would use my plan to try out all the signature restaurants - flying fish, narcosees, CG, etc.....

I would recommend going for the signature restaurants then.

Jikos, Citricos, Nacoosees, California Grill, Artist Point, Flying Fish

Le Cellier is good for a normal meal

Have fun planning:thumbsup2

We usually have 2 sit down meals per day as well. I've tried to eat 3 and I just couldn't manage it.

The Deluxe Plan sounds very similar to the one we did in April but it was called the Platinum Plan. You certainly got alot of food. I like it though because there were lots of Tours included in it which was great.

How much is it costing you and who have you booked with? We were trying to get a quote from Disneyworld.co.uk and we're having no luck! Our TA phoned them and said they were still negotiating contracts for it and would know any day now! Thanks for your help.

hiya
