Just Booked, but have I made a mistake???

Hi all,

I've just booked my 2nd trip to DLP (Me, DH, DS(8), DD(4)) and was so excited until I discovered the french schools are off the week we're there and now I'm so worried it's going to be really busy. We arrive late Sunday 4th March and will have Mon-Fri in the parks before heading home on the Saturday lunchtime. It just never occured to me that the French kids would be off school.

I purposely booked the week beginning 5th March as it's DS birthday on the 6th and wanted to do the whole birthday cake in Cafe Mickey to make it really special.
Also the last time we were there my DD wasn't really into the princesses but now is completely princess crazy so I know she will want to get autographs, photo's etc and I'm worried it will so busy she might not be able to get near them. (Unfortunately I havent got the budget to do the Auberge)

Has anbody been this time of year when the schools are off? Was it really busy?

Dont worry

Had you said the week before I might have gone oops but your week you've only got 1 zone off (North of France is the part of that zone that concerns you) . The week before you had Paris and all of the Ile de France as well but they go back to school on the Monday 5th.

It's the winter break holidays and most people go to the mountains and ski /hike/take the mountain air etc rather than go to DLP
