I don't want to get my hopes up too high, but I'm really hoping our new team member starts tonight so I can train her, have an extra person tonight, and maybe leave early! Otherwise I'm staying an extra half hour than normal. So, so, so, so, so not excited about that.

But, I would definitely call it an amazing weekend so far.

Hello all. I'm assuming everyone is have a fantastic Saturday night, that's why you're not on the boards. My Dad was in town and took us to dinner. I'm beyond full. I also made a movie from the pictures and video I took at my aunts suprise 50th birthday party. Yeah, I know I'm tons of excitment. You all have fun and drive safe.

I had a great Sunday. I got a haircut...and I really like it.
I have had such trouble finding a good hairdresser here. They usually cut it way too short, which isnt a good look on me
I then had lunch with a friend that I lost contact with a year or so ago. She found me on Facebook. We started lunch at 1.00pm & finally left at 6,00pm...good food & good company.

Hope you all have a great Sunday tomorrow......think of Tink & I at work tomorrow!!!!

It's Sunday Today I get clean my family and living rooms (not) I think the little monkey and I are going to make a jaunt to the craft store. We need more painting supplies and a larger craft supply container.

The craft show was good, but wow to many candles, they were strong smelling.

Now Nan wants to put up X-mas lights up in the room, I think its early, but I told her go nuts.

Good Morning!

This weekend was terrible, it was so hot and probably the worst weekend to move. I got really sick on Saturday night and am still feeling it now. On the bright side, my room is set up but I can't say the same for the rest of the house.

Well boy have I had a busy first part of my day.

I went to Michael's Craft Store and got some yarn and some felt to make everyone new Christmas Stockings(we'll see if I can finish that in time). Then I went to Target and got some trip essentials. Layering clothing stuff. Two long-sleeved thermal shirts for going under other tops, a fleece pullover jacket, some knee-high socks, etc. I don't want to get cold at Disneyland!! I also bought some Disney mini gel pens from the dollar section, just 'cause. I know you all will be thrilled to hear that after my decision on what color of new Vans I wanted to get, I ended up getting a pair of $9 knockoffs at Target.

Then I came home and tailored a few pairs of jeans to fit better. I'm glad I did that but it's a little like how it is when you are trying on clothes in a dressing room. I got so sweaty from taking my pants off, then putting them back on, taking them off and sewing a little, then trying them on again. I'm pooped.

We had on e of the strangest summers. It was pleasant and we only had a few hot days in early summer, August and September hit and so did some real heat. It was just an odd summer.

The Wiggles are annoying aren't they? Just way too happy.

Sounds like you had fun at Target. I think getting the cheaper knock offs is wise.

I know people who do this and it annoys me so much! Why would you want to make another trip if you don't have to? You could just try them on and find the right size now, and not have to go back!

I told him last time he was going to go without if he didn't try the clothes on. Mean mom? I don't think so.

I had to do a circular crochet cast-on for one of these(i'm working on it right now) and I thought I was going to have a fit. Hooks feel so strange in my hands.
