We just got into BCV for late May. Please share with me any tips, tricks, etc. to use or keep an eye out for during our trip. We're staying DVC and this is our first stay at BCV. We've stayed at WL, SSR and AKL, but never at one of the Villas in the Epcot group.

I'm so excited for the short walk to Epcot to get me a glass of Guinness whenever I want and also for some much needed ice cream at Beaches and Cream!!!

worst first - the views at BCV are not the best. Now I still love them - but basically you are looking at the back of Epcot - ws or fw - or the parking lot/drive way to BC.

that is the worst - the best you are a quick walk to Epcot - now go under the bridge leading to Epcot and not over it. 5 minute walk.

you will be there during the flower/garden festavial at Epcot - so be sure to plan around that - if you are interested in gardens.

love Cape May Cafe - so try to eat here at least once.

We just stayed for the first time at BCVs in Aug. and loved them. We have been at the BWVs every trip before that but they were unavailable this year. We were in 354 which was a dedicated 2 bedroom and had a fantastic view of the villa swimming pool. Since the villas area of the resort is smaller than BW you can get anywhere with a short walk. There are also two sets of elevators for the villas which is nice. We are currently booked for a standard view 2 bedroom at the BW for next Aug. but I keep checking to see if anything opens for a preferred view there or at the BCVs. You won't be disappointed at all with the BCVs. We never went to SAB since we just enjoyed the pool at the villas. The wateway that goes by the villas and the pool has lots of large turtles you can watch. There are also a family of ducks that make themselves home in the pools at different times.

I hope you will love my BCV! The walk into Epcot is wonderful! Our downfall is the crepes in France! We find ourselves walking into WS just for that on many evenings. Also, try the No Way Jose sundae at Beaches & Cream. To die for!!!!! Doesn't get much better than peanut butter and chocolate! :thumbsup2

We've never tried the crepes in France. Sounds like we'll have to give that a try! I plan on trying multiple items on the menu at Beaches and Cream. We all love ice cream, so it will be a point of emphasis for us and the girls.

The short walk to Epcot was my main selling point for BCV. I know my girls will love SAB and my wife will love laying out in the sun, but I'm all about the World Showcase.

Thanks for the info everyone!
