We just got back yesterday from our first trip to WDW and all we can say is.............WOW.

Lines for major rides were long at time up to 60min standby ques, but we fast passed most of those and got in to the ride quite quickly.
The food and wine festival at epcot is great, lots of good food and beer if you keep an open mind.
Weather is still hot and humid most days in upper 80's and low 90's with 100% humidity, and yes, it did rain for a little bit every day.
MNSSHP was absolutely fantastic, great parade, awesome fireworks and a lot of chacracter out and about, the villians stage show was one of the best. We had so much fun the first night we went, we actually bought tickets for the very next night and went again, and had even more fun.
POFQ...100% satisfied with this hotel, staff was extremely nice, mousekeeping was incredible.
We did run into some people at the parks that had forgotten they were on vacation and had no consideration for others as they would cut into lines, or yell and scream at each other, but these were fleeting moments and soon forgotten.

Bottom line is.............................WHAT A GREAT TIME!!!!!

So great in fact that we got home at 9:30 last night and by 10:30 the wife and I were on-line looking into booking another trip for next year.........................yes, disney has hooked us.

I left out a lot of details I know, but it is hard to remember everything at once that I wanted to pass along, so if anyone has any questions just ask.

The withdrawl factor is amazing as we already miss being there and cant believe we both have to go to work tomorrow.

:hourglass let the countdown begin for next time.

Disney seems to have that effect on a lot of people!

Glad you had a great time.

You may want to look into the Disney Vacation Club if you really love it and want to go back many times in the future. We went in May, just got back from our trip in September, and have a trip planned for April next year. We also have a Disney Cruise in January. Can't get enough of Disney!!!

Glad you had a nice trip! :flower:

We would like to try POFQ some time.

I WISH I was planning our next trip! We leave on Friday, but all the planning is finished for that one. I want to plan the NEXT one. Unfortunately we have many factors working against us! DH has to "bid" for vacation weeks and that hasn't happened yet, so we don't know when he will be off in 2006. We don't know what the school schedule will be for DS because there are some changes being proposed that haven't been decided for sure. Then there is the price of airfare to consider, and crowd levels, and all those other little factors.

Enjoy your planning! I can't wait to be able to plan again!

I hear you pskelly, I just returned on 10/01/05 and started planning for my next trip 2/09/07! I'm having WDW withdraws:(
