Ask me any questions about weather, crowds, hotels, hours...you name it! We traveled in a group of 11 without a hitch!

PocahontasLookALike said:was by far our hotel. We stayed at the Annabella and it was a bad experience from the beginning. Luckily we did not let that ruin our trip. QUOTE]
Sorry you had a bad experience with Annabella hotel. Our generally has been good. But... Contact the manager and see if he can help resolve, he generally has been very good about making things right. Also might want to post your experience up on Tripadvisor (the manager does read all posts).
PocahontasLookALike said:Yeah, it was a terrible experience...we even had a manager hang up on my sister when she called about the air conditioning not working. We were in total shock. We have written a letter to the Walt Disney Travel Company and now I will be posting on TripAdvisor. I was very disappointed with the level of service and to lose business from 11 people is a bad thing, in my opinion.
PocahontasLookALike said:Sounds like a good plan! Yeah, just stake a spot with some good ole junk food and you'll be glad you did! I noticed that on Saturday night after the last Fantasmic!, the park really cleared out, but with really long waits for rides still. I thought that was strange. Maybe you could send some people in your family to get fastpasses while you stake out a spot and then you'll be able to ride some rides after the fireworks. The fireworks are AMAZING!

I am going to PM you.
