I just got back yesterday (tried to post but things went crazy). It was hot but we did just about everything we wanted to do.

We had a great time. We stayed at the WL for the first night and then camped the rest of the week. We saw everything that we wanted to see and hardly had any waits at all. We went with some friends so the first couple of days were a little strange but we worked it out and got to do what we wanted to do at our pace.

We went with some friends. They did the dining plan and we did not. I am so glad that I didn't. She complained that there was just too much food. A couple of counter serves I just ate a kids meal and so did my 15 year old. We don't usually eat at some of the fancier restaurants because my husband doesn't like all the fancy sauces. We ate where we wanted to and didn't eat when we were full. I'm glad that it worked for so many other people. On Friday we had breakfast at Chef Mickey because of someone's birthday and then we were going to the Rainforest Cafe to also celebrate. All I had that day was a frozen banana for a snack and then had a salad and an appetizer for dinner.

We are leaving in 9 more days and will be using the ME Bus!

I am not the OP, but I just got back on Sat. We did use ME. We were very happy with it. We knew we would not be getting our luggage right away, so we packed a "park bag" as carry on and went to the parks. When we did finally return to our room, all of our bags had arrived.

We did have to wait at the airport for a short time for our bus, but it wasn't a big deal to us, considering how much $ we were saving.

Our bus to go home... We accidently got on an earlier bus (1/2), so we arrived at the airport with PLENTY of time. If we would have taken our assigned bus, we would have still been 2 hours before our flight.

I'm not the OP but we just got back yesterday also, and I'll give my views on some things.

We did NOT use the dining and are also glad we didn't. Like a previous poster mentioned we got kids meals at a bunch of CS places and the people who were using the dining plan always seemed so hectic. One lady who I saw wanted to know how many snack things she had left, but had to buy a snack in order to see the number OR call a special number on the phone that would tell her. I'm just glad my family didn't use it seeing that it looked more confusing than easy.

The ME bus worked out very well. We got right on a bus as we got down to the desk and were at the Poly extremely quickly. We ended up staying in our rooms for a little bit waiting for a WeGoShop delivery (which I'm disappointed to say didn't work out very well but was resolved after a while ). Our bags from ME arrived under 2 hours after we got off the plane. We were very surprised but pleasantly surprised . We got out in front of the Poly 15 minutes early and the bus ended up being about 10 minutes late (which was fine for us seeing that it seemed like a VERY early time for out late flight) We had gotten our boarding passes at the hotel and everything worked great.

Another thing I wanted to point out even though no one has asked is the crowds were EXTREMELY manageable! We went the route of going to the park in the morning that had an EMH the night before. This worked great. We never waited in a line more than 10-15 minutes (the 15 minutes was later in the day/at night) I was astonished at how empty the parks seemed. You could walk down Main St. and stop whenever you wanted to take pics without worrying about people walking into you

We also used Wegoshop and were VERY pleased! Did they not come when they were supposed to?

They came when they said they would, just didn't get what we requested. We asked for diet coke, they got us coke. Asked for individually wrapped snacks they got us a big bag of the item. They ended up taking the coke back and getting us diet and redelivered it (charging another 5 bucks). Really wanted to be happy about it, but I'm not sure if I'll use it again.

BostonTink, I am so excited to hear that the crowds were manageable. We leave on Thursday. It has been a long time since we have been able to stop for photos on Main Street without tons of people crashing into us. Heat I can take (We have that 24/7 in Houston), but fewer crowds? I can't wait!

My firends used the ME and were very happy with it on theway down. I have not had a chance to ask her about the trip home yet. Luggage came very quickly.

My firend aLSO had the meal plan and all they seemed to do is eat. THey were always complaining that they had too much to eat and she was always worried about where they were going to eat since they had at least a party of 6 or 7.

Sat at the MK was very quiet. This weekend may be a little different since it is Labor Day.
