We just returned home from 8 nights at BLT.

Here is the amazing thing. They got every single adaptive equipment and accessibility request exactly right the first time! That part of the trip was absolutely perfect. It made our trip so much nicer not having to work a lot on getting the room comfortable.

We made sure we let the right people know how happy we were with the service but I thought I would share it with you too. Maybe we just got lucky, or maybe they are working hard to get it right. I was so pleased to to have to make multiple treks to the desk and calls to housekeeping/engineering.

I hope you all experience the same goodness next time you go.

Can you advise the process you used to make your special needs equipment requests?

DD24 and I are staying one week at BCV in a studio and the second week at AKL in a value studio (knowing there are no roll in showers in value studios).
