We just got back from 7 days at disney. I will post my trip review here and then put my dining stuff over there.

We rented a lovely house from Emerald Island. It was wonderful with 7 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths full kitchen and pool.

Our first day was MGM which was on the sunday. It was funny because before we even got in the gate we spent $100 on 2 Goofy hats, 2 autograph books, 2 pens and 2 pairs of kids sunglasses!!! Not busy at all and never had to wait for any ride or character more than 5 minutes. It was such a relaxing day and stress free!!!! We saw Fantasmic which is as always amazing!! I highly recommend if you want to see Mickey and see him quickly to go around the back to the Meet Mickey area and get some photos of him in the sorceror outfit. We thought it was a movie or something but there was Mickey taking pics with ;one family and we walked right in. My husband got to be a volunteer in the backlot tour show so that was neat. The girls were a bit tired so we took a nice break at the HOney I shrunk the Kids area and let them run around. It really helped them burn off some energy. We rode the Great Movie ride several times with no wait as well as walked right into Little Mermaid and Playhouse Disney. We met the following characters that day... Lilo, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Mulan, Jo Jo, Goliath, Donald, Buzz, Woody, Jessie (possibly a couple more that I cannot remember right now). Went on Tower and it was the best one I have had since riding the ride when it opened. It dropped 6 times and the final one the screen flickered on like the ride was done then it took us up for one more time!!.

The next day was Epcot, once again not busy... Fast passes to Soarin were available all day and it is a wonderful and amazing ride. unfortunatly my kids were too little to ride it :( The only thing we had to wait for about 20 minutes was Turtle Talk but that was great and well worth it. WE did the character meet and met all the main characters there.. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale as well as Meeko. We Met Snow White in Germany and saw Aladdin in Morocco. We did the Norway Lunch and met Mulan, SLeeping Beauty, Cinderella, Jasmine, Ariel and Mulan. We also did the Illumination Crusie that evening which was wonderful and fantasic!!! Great to have a "private boat".

We went to MK on Tuesday and it was pretty busy. Alot for my girls to take in. They ended up falling asleep before the castle lunch and missed the entire thing!!! Still fun though and barely even got out of Tomorrowland since the People Mover, Carosel of Progress and Buzz was the girls favorite ride. They were taping a episode of Americas Funniest Videos there so I think that could have had something to do with the crowd sizes. Toon Town was great and the kids loved the We left at about 4:30 to go eat at Midevial Times with my dads family.

Wednesday we did Animal Kingdom and had fun. It was busy but not crazy. We fast passed for Everest and it was amazing!!! Dino Dig was great for the girls and we went on the Falls ride and I got drenched!!! Safari was OK but most of the animals were hiding for our trip out. We tried earlier in the day to do Safari but the ride was stopped cause there was an animal sleeping in the road. That evening we hopped right back over to Magic Kingdom and did the girls favorite rides again (Buzz, Carousel and People Mover).

Thursday we did the Princess Tea at Grand Floridian which was fun but I think my girls were a bit too young for. Then we did some shopping at Downtown Disney and headed over to MK for the evening. The girls were so excited cause we got to go in the front of the monorail) The Wishes fireworks were AMAZING. Honestly the best fireworks I have ever seen. So glad we stayed for them.

Friday was a morning at MGM with walk ons on all the rides except we got fastpasses for Tower and Roller Coaster. We did all the basics again (Great Movie ride 4 times for the girls) We headed back over to MK and it was not busy at all. We went to Tiki First, then Jungle Crusie, after that we head3ed over to tomorrow land so my girls could ride Buzz People Mover and Carosoul one more time. We fast passed Buzz but it ke[t breaking down so it ate up alot of our time. We ate then literally walked on the following rides with absolutly no waiting... Small World, Haunted Mansion, and we rode the carpets once but they let us ride it again since nobody was waiting. We missed the country bears which was a bit dissappointing.

The last day was Blizzard Beach and it was fun. My girls had a blast at Tikes Peak!!!

We had wonderful weather!!! Aside from a couple fits my girls threw it was a wonderful trip. Sadly we are home now and I cannot wait to start planning our next trip.

Great Post!! Glad to hear you had a wonderful time. Your girls are such cuties. I was wondering though, were they able to ride the falls wth you all? We are going in Sept :woohoo: and my son will be 3 then, just curious.

They were barely big enough. They are very strict in making sure they are big enough and even put on a wrist band and stamp it so it cannot be transfered.

Hi Chrissy,

Glad you had a good trip. My twin daughters will turn 3 in July at MK. Do you have any tips for traveling with 3 y/o twins? What were your favorite things to do with your daughters? Any special memories. Any tips will be greatly apprechiated.

Yes I do :)

First off do not overplan. I tried to do the castle and the tea party and they are just too young. I wasted a ton of money on the tea party and they slept through the entire castle. They really did enjoy the princess lunch at Norway though.

Also if going to MGM try to get all your character meetings out of the way there. The lines are much smaller then at the other parks (although Epcot has a great character meet place that was not busy).

Let them enjoy the water features. In the Pooh Play area my girls loved running around in the Jumping water :)

I gave my girls Disney Dollars when they wanted Icecream and stuff like that. Any ?'s just ask away.

Next time we go I am not going to "push" as much :)
