Here is where we ate.

Ohanas
Great as always my family really loves this dinner. I followed the advice that I received here and asked for a table near the window. We sat at the perfect table where I got to eat while looking directly at the castle.

Le Cellier
We had lunch here. I tried the cheese soup and pretzel bread along with the salmon sampler. My son and father tried the open face sirloin sandwich, My daughter the burger and my husband the prime rib sandwich everyone loved their meals and the bread my daughter really liked the sourdough bread.

Garden view tea

This was my husband's favorite. The waitress was very nice and the food was good. The peppermint tea that I had was wonderful I noticed that the scones they serve here are the same ones they make at Boma's breakfast

Jiko

My husband and I went to dinner here. We had the olive flatbread first and this was to die for. We both absolutely loved this. My husband had the filet mignon and said it was wonderful. I had the shrimp and it was good but not great. The atmosphere was very nice.


Boma
We had breakfast here and once again my family loves this one. There is a good variety of food here for everyone.



Columbia Harbor House
Had a chicken salad and chicken fingers here both were good but not great

Pecos Petes My family ate hamburgers here again they were ok


Mara We had many meals here and enjoyed each one of them. From the pizza to the burgers. My kids said the burgers here were the best they had at WDW. My husband really enjoyed the prime rib sandwich and I loved the sandwich with pretzel bread and chicken. My son went down to get his dinner one day and they forgot about him for about 30 minutes When they realized what they had done they gave him a free chicken fingers dinner and dessert.

Beaches and Cream

My husband and son had the burgers and my son daughter and I split a no way Jose. THe burgers were ok. The ice cream was great!

They have changed their menu and the food was not as good.

I forgot to put that we also ate at trails end and had the meal deal at AKL

We had lunch at trails' end and it was a great deal. All the food you could eat plus drinks for 9.99 a person. My family said they had the best macaroni and cheese they ever had. We all enjoyed this.

The meal deal at AKL was awesome. My kids had the ribs and enjoyed them. My husband and I had the salmon at Tusker house and this was so good. Salmom rice and fresh vegetables awesome lunch

Wow you really traveled around. Where were you staying and did you require a car to get everywhere you needed to go? I would like to visit restaurants from different resorts but I'm concerned that we would waste too much time on WDW busses for it to be worth it.

We really didn't do very much traveling to reach the restaurants. WE stayed at YC and the AKL. We tried to do the Epcot and Magic Kindgom restaurants while at YC and the AKL restaurants while at AKL. The only one we really had to travel to was the tea and it turned out to be kind of fun. We took the bus to Magic Kindgom and then the boat to the Grand Floridian so we had a boat ride thrown in. If you plan well you can really get around Disney without spending to much time and with very little trouble.

Thanks for the fab reviews.

I am just booked Afternoon Tea at the GF. I luv sandwiches but I am not a big fan of cold egg and noticed that this is one of the sandwich fillings. Do the sandwiches come pre-packed, are you given choices or do you just get a selection?

The sandwiches are a selection of sandwiches with about four different kinds. I am not sure if you can substitute or not but I think they are made that day at GF by the Chef. I don't care for egg either so my husband ate that one. We all really enjoyed the experience. We ordered a la carte and found that was a better deal than any of the "teas". Have fun

At the Animal Kingdom Park they have a deal for 11.99 for adults you get coupons for an entree and drink, popcorn or ice cream and a bottle of coke or water. These are good at the counter service restaurants. You don't have to use them all at once and you can use different coupons at different places. My kids got the ribs at Flame tree then later they used their coke and ice cream coupons at stands in the park. They each got a Toll house cookie ice cream sandwich Yum!

My husband and I got the Salmom at Tusker house it was delicious and it came with rice and fresh green beans. We also used our other coupons later at the stands for our cokes and ice cream. It was a great deal for 12 dollars. Let me know if you have any other questions.
