Just back from doing 5 days QSDP for the first time. Had been to. Pm before and had steak but it was not on menu. Has it been remoed or just available certain days? I had steak fajitas which DHwished he got instead of ribs.
Btw ....liked QS b/c of no schedule needed. Had car so did WPX 3x and Earl2x....Disney. probably doesn't like folks like us!

when we were there last Fall, the steak was only on at dinner time...were you there for lunch or dinner?

Have to say, though, you probably did not miss anything if the steak's been pulled completely from the PM menu. My hubby had the steak and he was not impressed at all...meat was very thin, and though they ask you how you want it cooked, it is actually cooked well-done-shoe-leather-style. The veggies are pre-stewed and kept warm in a big pot...tastelss and mushy.

Pepper Market is another one of those perceived value versus real value things...
Wow a steak for one CS credit must be a deal...yup even dollar tree has a "steak sale" once per year and I wouldn't exactly call that a delicious steak!
Over the years I have only once had a good meal there--we were staying there that is why we ate there, and it was good, went back again and each time it got worse and worse IMHO.

Yes, we were there at dinner & had done PM before. Yes, I know steak is marginal but since we were doing QSDP...it was steak option. Ribs were 1/2 rack baby back & very SAUCY. Had just got off Dream & did ribs at CC so DH had too high of expectations. Even DD9 said she'd get the fajitas that I got next time b/c she'd be an adult! They were a good value & something different.

DDs both had spagetti & meatballs & they were good. We took back our desserts (cinnamon roll/sticky buns) for b'fast & got 2 DDs muffins as snacks so all in all it was still a good choice.

When I had lunch there in Dec there were two steaks on the menu (one at the grill station and one at the Mexican station). When we went back for lunch in early May the one at the grill station had been removed from the menu, but the one at the Mexican station was still there. It was more of a fajita skirt type steak covered with red sauce, with sides of black beans, rice, and a side of guacamole and pica.:confused3

I've never had the steak at Pepper Market, but we enjoy eating there. We've always had good food and lots of choices.
