Just back, Neverland Club review...

DD is almost 7yo and was dying to stay at the Neverland Club. We didn't have a ressie. We just called the night we wanted to take her and they said they had room and we bought her there around 5:00. She stayed till 7:30 and didn't want to leave! She had dinner there and got to watch a movie, do arts and crafts and she said the staff was really nice to her. They had costumes, and puppet theater and arcade games, computers, arts and crafts, toys, dolls. Everything a kid would want! It was so nice in there I wanted to play too! DD says she wants to go back next time. They gave us a beeper just in case she need us. We were very comfortable leaving her there. She was there with 1 other kid at drop off but when we picked her up there was alot of kids. They had everything under control and enough staff for the amount of kids. We loved it and recommend it!

We haven't tried Neverland Club yet, but it does sound like a lot of fun!!! Maybe we'll try it in December.

My DD has stayed at Simba's Clubhouse at AKL and Cub's Den at WL. She had a great time at both - and wasn't quite ready to leave when we came to get her!!! (She was there for an hour, while we ate dinner at Boma's; then at Cub's Den, she stayed about 1.5 hrs while we ate at Artist Point.) Both of these clubs were well organized also!!

I'm glad you posted your experience with Neverland Club. We have ressies for our 4 and 6 year olds in January. Dh and I are planning on heading over to the Contemporary for dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse while the children are at the NC.

My ds has been going to the Neverland Club since he was 5 (he'll be 12 next month). He's gone to a couple of the other WDW kids' clubs, but the Neverland remains his favorite (all the video games have something to do with that, I'm sure!).

He's actually sad that he'll soon be too old to go and enjoy his night out away from mom and dad -- and I have to admit, we're kind of sad, too!

Having those kids' clubs is the best of both worlds -- you get to enjoy WDW as a family, but also can get a really fun "date night"!
