Just back from VWL!

Fabulous week at the Lodge! We had really great weather to boot! We were in a 2 BR Lockoff on the 4th floor. No problems at all. Handicapped accessable rooms with all kinds of storage space! Visited all of the parks and shopped DD too! Did 2 Grand gathering events, International Dinner at Epcot and the Safari at AK. Both were lots of fun and really good food! Also did Lunch with an Imagineer at the Derby in MGM. All in all..a great trip! Love my DVC!

Glad to hear you had a great time. We're interested in the Epcot dinner for our Grand Gathering in December, too.

It was a really nice buffet from about 4-5 countries-Asia, Italy, Morroco, Japan, There was a nutty DJ and a flaky story teller for the kids. It was a lot of fun. There was a photographer to take family photos which was nice. Goofy and Minnie arrived as well. Then everyone was escorted across the way to view the fireworks (just behind the gift shop opposite the Odyssy) and a fabulous dessert buffet was there to enjoy prior to and during Illuminations. Brownies, mini pastries, Trifle, Tiramasu, etc. Coffee, tea, sodas, water, etc. It was great!
