Just back from POP...

Got back around 10:00 last night and after Disney, Clearwater, and a two day drive home, we are exhausted. Just wanted to say how wonderful POP is. In a nutshell, beds were comfortable, room was not too small, only heard the people in the next room use the shower once, saw fireworks every night and CM were very friendly and helpful.
I will post more tomorrow as we have to go to Easter dinner but if you had any worries about POP, forget them. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at POP last May for 2 nights and LOVED it. My family size has grown since then so we can't stay there anymore but highly recommend it for a small family.

We spent a weekend at POP in March and loved it. We were in the 1980's buidling near the lake and really enjoyed all of the themeing.
Previously we had stayed at "Dixie Landings" now Riverside, Disney Institute, and Wilderness Lodge. So when I booked POP I was a little concerned. But...it was wonderful and since it is so affordable we have planned a Summer trip and are staying at POP again.
Yeah!!!!

Can't wait to hear more about your trip. We are heading there in 29 days and I have only stayed at WL, so I am a bit worried about not liking it.

I am so glad to hear you loved it! We are booked there in June, and with the conflicting reviews, I am somewhat concerned about my choice. Of course, my kids love any hotel so they probably won't care even if it isn't great, but I will!! Looking forward to hearing more

Glad to hear good things about POP. My DD & I will be checking in on Thursday for 5 nights (staying first night at an airport hotel because of late arrival). Can't wait to see it. On our last trip to WDW, we were leaving on the day of POP's opening.

My adult daughter and I will be at POP the last week of September. I have stayed at CBR and ASM before. I considered a moderate or deluxe as a treat for our Mother/Daughter getaway but finally decided on POP because of the great rate - $61 per night with AAA discount. Now we have money to do a lot of extra things. I'm treating my daughter to LaNouba. What are the pool areas like? We'll be there for 7 days and have been to Disney many times so we won't be spending all our time in the parks. We want to relax by the pool some afternoons.
