We stayed at the Poly GV room (Tokelau 3945) and had a great weekend trip. Our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed our first trip to the Poly. We were there Sat-Mon, went to MK Sat nite for Spectro, FITS & e-ride nite. Spent Sun in DtD, Epcot & MgM-saw Fantasmic and spent Monday at the resort lounging around.

The CMs were great & housekeeping did a terrific job, even to my very picky eyes-lol!

Any ???s

We were on the side facing the quiet pool, nice view looking out, and if you leaned over the balcony edge a bit you could see Cindy's castle. I had requested a room in Tokelau, 3rd floor close to the lagoon but was really pretty happy with what we were given as it was a quicker walk to the GCH. Our room ended up being about 1/2 way down to the center of Tokelau.

The only time we heard noise was on Sat--the quiet pool was quite busy and some really loud children were to be heard screaming at the tops of their lungs. We could hear them with the balcony doors closed but after that we only heard a little noise from the room next door thru the connecting door area.

HTH!

When we go in August, we're thinking of requesting the Tokelau building. Did you feel it was centrally located to everything or would there be a better building to request?

We stayed in this longhouse and found it to be a perfect location. We were about 5 minutes from the volcano pool and GCH and about 5 minutes from the TTC. I hope you have fun...we loved it! Diane

TiggerPiglet--I felt it was pretty close to everything. Depending on where you are headed at the GCH it was a couple minute walk or so. It was right at the quiet pool, a couple of minute walk to the volcano pool and about a 5 minute walk to the marina--at most. The room we had was on the end closer to the arcade & neverland club and if it rained we walked down the stairs on that end, walked 20 ft to the Raratonga bldg and cut thru there to get to the GCH--just made sure we were quiet in the corridors.

HTH!

Thanks Dimimi and welovedis, sounds like Tokelau is a great location. I'll definately request that.
