We spent four nights in a dedicated two-bedroom, room 2024. The room overlooks a pool and is quite close to a bus stop. It was very nice, seemed to have the new appliances and couches. All was in good shape, except for one small rip in one of the dining room chair seats. CM service was terrific. The room is close to a road, and is right in front of where the buses turn around, but we were not bothered by the noise.

Two sets of guests joined us on different nights, and all were very impressed with the facilities.

jodifla....thanks for the quick report. Sounds like the room was to your satisfaction. :)

Do you know....are they still assigning rooms at OKW on the first check-in, first choice basis? Or did you pretty much get what you asked for when you made your reservations? (assuming you made requests).

Sounds like you were on Miller's road. We like that area. Then only thing I don't like about the 2 bedroom units there is that there is no door into the bathroom from the laundry. I love the view from buildings 19-21!

I love "wowing" guests with those 2 bedroom OKW units.

Thanks for sharing your visit with us.:D

Yes, we were on Miller's Road. We normally stay in the Turtle Pond area, but because that pool was closed, my friend (who checked in first) requested that we be given a different room. I normally only request nonsmoking. With one exception (it was a total woods and road view) I've loved all of our OKW rooms. The layout of this was different, without the second entry to the bathroom. Because no one was staying in the living room, it didn't matter. We actually had the baby's pack and play in there, so it was basically a nursery.

It does seem that they have rooms selected for you when you get there, but that you can change them if you like and they have availability.
