We just returned from HIFS (2/1-2/7). This is our second time staying at HIFS. We were there in April of 2003. This hotel is the best. It has so much to offer especially to families with children. My kids love it and never want to stay anywhere else. The breakfast buffet that they offer is free and the food is very good. Alot better this time than in April. Also, the kids eat free for lunch and dinner. The Pizza Hut is my daughter's favorite and is what she lives on the whole time we are there. They offer many activities at night and we always made sure we were back in time. Every night there is a show at 7 p.m.,
(Usually a majic show), Bingo at 8 p.m., and Karoke at 9 p.m. We really had a great time every night. They also offer free face painting every night and they do a great job. My daughter got her face painted every night.
The suites are great. The kids have their own room which I love. They have Nintendo, a TV, their own phone with bedtime stories, etc. They are redoing the hotel to Nick Suites. We saw a few while we were there. They really look great Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, etc.
They are also redoing the pools. The new pools will have waterslides and stuff. I don't know how they can make this hotel any better. It is really great already.
The best part is we only paid $76 a night with the Entertainment rate. We even decided to stay a few more nights because we were having so much fun.
