We stayed Nov. 8-13 at the GF. We went to Epcot, MK, and DHS. We went to MVMCP on the 10th and we saw the Osbourne Lights on the 12th. We were there for our vow renewal on the 9th and I will write up a full report but just wanted to see if anyone had any questions. I also wanted to post some highlights of our trip, besides the vow renewal.
The Pirate League has to be one of the best things available! My DS(6) had the time of his life in there! We were booked to just have his face done, but when we arrived we were told that since we were staying at a Disney resort we get 50% off!!
I had no idea they offered this discount and was so happy that we figured we might as well go for the $125 package. It was well worth the money, even if I had to pay $125. It is so cool inside, the CM's were great and the whole experience was just so cool! Even my DD(11) who didn't want any part of it originally, got a bandanna and some makeup too!
A hightlight for me was I was able to get the Dooney and Burke Disney bag, the larger tote and a wristlet!!!
It was tough work to locate and it took all 5 days but we were able to get them this morning at the GF before we boarded Magical Express!
The Osbourne Lights are a must see and really put you in the Xmas spirit! They were great and the kids loved just staring at them for the longest time!
MVMCP, well, it poured! The first parade was cancelled. We stuck it out and were able to see the fireworks and 2nd parade. They were offering a 1 day MK pass or a ticket to Thursdays MVMCP if you wanted to leave because of the rain. We thought that was great, then saw the hour long line and figured we should just stick it out and see what happens with the weather. Glad we did. I don't think we will go again. It was our 2nd time and honestly doesn't feel worth it. We like MNSSHP much better.
