I was also there at the same time as OP - 9/28-10/4. I have to concur with everything the OP said. Great weather. And since we drove, we were extremely fortunate to miss both hurricanes coming and going! We only had two unfortunate incidents (one was a toilet that leaked in the master bathroom which took 5 visits from maintenance before it was resolved and the other was with a very rude bus driver in which we did call transportation to complain). But those two incidents did not negatively impact our otherwise wonderful time.
As for the water pressure, we noticed that it was a little less than what we were used to, but it seemed insignificant. Actually, it was a blessing for us because when we had our little girls take showers after the pool, we didn't need to worry about the shower head pounding on them.
We also had a 2 BR - dedicated (#307) and it was a dream!! Loved all that space. Doubt we will ever go back to anything less than deluxe when it comes to a vacation of this magnitude.
Magic was everywhere...it would have been very easy for WDW to just blow off some of the little things in light of the extremely light crowds, but they put on the same "show" as though there were a full house. Kudos to them!
