.... NO WATER PRESSURE in the shower. Why did they bother wasting money on Waterpik Massager heads when I can spit harder then they pulsed. And if they think they are saving water, they're wrong. It took twice as long to rinse the soap off. I guess my DW's complaint is just a continuation of mine- water NOT HOT ENOUGH. The temp was ok for me,but she likes to raise blisters on her skin when she showers,(and I guess that's normal for women as others at the spa were saying the same thing).

Other then that the resort was great. Room, (studio) was clean & looked great. Big o'l commercial type Mr Coffee pot. We liked the shelves on the side of the tv stand/dresser. DW loved the shelf below the mirror at the bathroom sink. The hair dryer has what I assume is a nite lite, (unless it's just an indicator that the HD is plugged in) which is a nice touch.

I wasn't crazy about the room doors- they looked like something you'd see in an English church.

BCV has the best elevators I've ever been in. Extremely fast, but you don't get that roller coaster affect in your stomach. Very smooth.

Having our own 'gator & snapper turtles is kinda cool.

Oh, got up Thursday morning & it was Christmas at BCV and BC. We were the first resort done. Added a great touch.

Can't wait till we go back in Oct. Any questions,I'll try to answer.

KNWVIKING,

We were at VWL 10-26 to 11-1 and I too felt that the water pressure was less than previous visits. So this may be a WDW wide phenomenon.

As to the water temperature, it could be that there is "Anti Scald" valves installed to prevent children and the careless from injuring themselves. I think it is building code in many area to hve this type of protection. Just a guess though.

DW remarked at the speed and silient operation of the elevators at the VWL. Looking forward to testing the elevators at BCV when we first stay our or second HomeAwayFromHome ;)

I was talking to the resort "handyman" about the temp & he mentioned the anti-scald feature. AS is a protection device that senses drops in cold water pressure-like a toilet flush- and regulates the hot flow to compensate. Another style- designed for specifically protecting children- has adjustable settings. All WDW did was drop the temp on the hot water heater.
