We stayed at AKL concierge (WOW).

Park crowds were light in the mornings. We managed to visit all four parks for at least a few hours.

MK was packed on Tuesday night for Spectro. I don't know if I will do that again. It's not worth the fight.

We managed to do most everything we planned. Our goal was to see the new attractions - Wishes was spectacular, as was Mickey's Philharmagic (saw it twice). I chickened out on Mission Space. I'll save it for next trip when I will have more time to recover. It's hard to do it all in four days and stay relaxed. I also finally got to ride Test Track as it wasn't broke down!

And an old favorite...COP.

Questions?

I'm there now and was there over the weekend. I am guessing that Tuesday Spectro was packed because they cancelled the preceding Saturday night's due to rain. Crowds are great now. It's not a wasteland, but there are hardly any lines. On the days I went, ToT, Rock & Rollercoaster, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Dinosaur, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids etc. had no waits or waiting only right before the boarding area. The longest wait I have had was for Test Track on Monday night-- I think it was 20 minutes in the standby lane. The annoying thing is when the rides are set up to handle massive lines it takes forever just to walk through them.

At the CR, there is a lot of action at the reception desk Thursday night so I think the weekend might not be quite so easy. Pretty hard to complain.

I forgot about the weekend rain - you are right....people probably packed in on Tuesday night.

Wishes was definitely worth fighting the crowd though!

I should mention that although Spectro felt crowded on Tuesday night, we did walk up and get a second row seat in adventureland about five minutes before the parade came by (like 7:15 or so), having ridden Splash and Big Thunder Mountain with no lines right up until then). So it is still not really crowded.

Timekeeper seems to be a hit and miss proposition - over the 11 days there, it was open on 5 and closed on 6 of the days...

Thanks for the tease.
For those of us in the cold and snow getting ready this week to head down for Pres. week, one of the most important questions is: What is the temperature?

Right now 65 sounds like a heat wave!

Also-any NOT TO BE MISSED attractions or events?
We go every year so what might be new and exciting to try?

We call a short WDW vacation a "Mickey quickie".

The temperature has varied in the past week. It was a little on the chilly side (pants and t-shirt, sweatshirt/jacket at night) and rainy last weekend, gorgeous this week (yesterday was I think in the 80s, very sunny all day) and then overcast and windy and a bit cold (sweatshirt and jacket) at night today.
