Just back from 4 days at PBH

Okay, now I'm upset - we were there a few weeks ago and I paid for a deluxe pool view room w/ king bed (it was our 20th anniversary). When we checked in they gave us a deluxe bay view room. I questioned the man and he said "Oh, it's an upgrade!" I didn't really think it was, but couldn't remember, so I didn't say anything else. It was fine, actually, although it was on the opposite side of the bay as the pool, so it was quite a hike to the pool, boat dock, etc., but there was no balcony, which I really wanted. Oh, well, live and learn!
