Today is my first day back to work after our wonderful Disney vacation. My husband and I had a FANTASTIC time. Weather was fine (hot of course), it was crowded, the food was good! We enjoy ourselves more and more each time we go.

I want to say that we'll never stay at the All-Stars again (never say never... but...) we just realized after spending time at Coronado last trip, that there really is a difference in a lot of ways. We did not spend time at the resort at all, just to sleep, so it was fine and in no way had a negative impact on our trip. But - we will make sure to set aside extra money to stay at a mod or deluxe next time!

Loved it!

Yay for Disney vacation!

After spending my first two trips in Deluxe Resorts (on parents $), I'm not sure if I'll be able to jump down to Value. The money saved would be nice though. Oh well, I have plenty of time to decide.

thanks so much for your review. Although we have stayed at moderates......four or five times at the Dolphin and we still like All STar Movies...I guess that is what we like about disney......all the choices..... :thumbsup2

Hey, we just got back too, must have been there about the same time.

We are thinking about staying at the Coronado resort next time. There are so

many choices at WDW that we've been splitting our resort stays between two

resorts. We've been to Pop Century and a deluxe each time. Mostly because

we love Pop Century... and what's not to love at the deluxe resorts.

What's your favorite thing about Coronado?

We really had a nice time at Coronado.
I'm sure if we were to return, it would be nice, but...

The first time was great because we were on our honeymoon and we were upgraded and treated very well. We'll never forget that. Our suite was spacious! They sent balloons and an autographed photo of Mickey & Minnie to our room to congratulate us, so it was an extra special trip.

I love the Coronado's theme and color scheme and thought the grounds were beautiful - great scenes for photos.

We only stayed at WDW for a few days of our honeymoon and then moved on to a week in Jamiaca. But to this day we say we wished we had stayed for 10 days in Disney!

I do not think we will do All Stars again - even though the PRICE WAS PERFECT! I think I want to be a little closer to the parks next trip - and avoid busses as much as possible! The busses were PACKED!

I've only stayed @ the value resorts so that's all I know. Now, when we get our AP for next yr, we will be staying at Coronado and the Carribean Beach resort. We are excited to see what the other resorts are like. And we truly just lay our heads down to sleep so we don't put too much thought in the resorts. Now, after saying that, we will probably not stay in a value after the moderates.

Did you do any of the Free Dining?

To get the free dining you had to book your trip during a certain time

frame...I think it was by June something - so everyone may not have

qualified for it.

We pushed our trip back about 10 days just to get the free dining...

and it was worth it (delicious). :woohoo:

Having stayed at a few moderate resorts years before, I still like the value of the All stars resorts. With hundred saved from choosing the All stars, I usually splurged the savings on outlet shopping. (Got myself 3 Coach bags) :cheer2:
