Just Back Beach Club Concierge

We were stunned to find that upon checking in to a booked Beach Club we were upgraded to concierge! We had room 5657 overlooking crescent lake.The only downside was we really needed an extra bed.dh slept on a rollaway and did not mind (duh free breakfast lol).It was a nice but not something I would request in the future..hardly there to enjoy most of the perks..

When we visited in December we were happily surprised when we were upgraded to Concierge at the Beach Club. Just having the convenience of having them book any ADR's and having breakfast and snacks for the boys is such a plus....oh and I loooove when we came back from a long day at the pool/park and our room was ready for us to jump into bed...
We are headed back in June and I'm hoping we get upgraded again...

Awesome isn't it!

Same thing happened to us on our trip last August. We were told that our room wasn't ready upon checking in and to check back in 2 hours. When I went back to the desk I was sent over to the concierge desk. I immediately got an excited feeling in my stomach. Minutes later I was handed room keys and told "You are going to need to slide these into a slot in the elevator to access your floor". I had to do all I could not to cartwheel over to my family!

What a great treat it was. We had the free dining plan so the snacks weren't as big a deal as they would of been without being in concierge but just being able to stop in for some cold drinks and snacks after a day at the parks was awesome. Also, the attention and treatment the staff paid to my family and I was just great.

I appreciated it so much that I wrote a nice long e-mail to the manager of the Beach Club letting him know how wonderful his staff was and how appreciative we were.

Nice upgrade, congrats

Were you there for a whole week? I think when we stayed BC Club we were there a good 10 days so we had lots of time to enjoy, some days we didn't leave the resort.
