Whew, I'm used to off-season and this trip hit me like a ton of bricks. Travelers be warned, May is crowded and hot.
The past few times I have been was October, December and February and have gotten used to budgeting one day per park and being able still to see some attractions more than once throughout that time. Not the case this week. Examples:
AK - 10:30-5:00 - only had time for one showing of Lion King, lunch at RFC and stand-by on Kali and KS (by 1:00, FP for both was already sold past 5:00 when we had to leave for O'hana)
EPCOT - 10-6 - did not even see WS. Had time for MS, TT (both FPs), the Land, Imagination, and HISTA. Ate on the go. Dinner at B&C at 7p, 45 minute wait.
MGM - 8a-10:30p - was able to hit everything once except Indiana Jones and Star Tours. Lunch at SciFi with PS. Those without PSs were turned away at the door.
E-night - was able to hit every attraction open once but Philharmagic.
MK - 10a-10 - thank goodness for E-night since it knocked out most major attractions. Was only able to hit many attractions just once. Did not have time for JC, all of FL except Philharmagic, Toon Town, CoP, Tom Sawyer or Tiki Room.
TL - 5-10 minute waits on slides, not bad at all, but wave pool was CROWDED. I think I became more than one person's raft with the giant wave...haha.
Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I will definitely stick to my off-season. I didn't even know PoC HAD an outside queque until this trip.
If you guys have any questions, please feel free to ask!
Oh, and we stayed at POFQ. It was completely booked!
