So... here is a little sum of my trip!
On friday, my friend whose dad works at disney (vacation club) went to Epcot first. Epcot was EMPTY in the morning, test track had about a 10 minute wait, so we did that 3 times. We decided then to go to MGM. We ran to RnR and did that 3 times, 10 minute wait. After that we went to the backlot tour. We did this for a rest, but with the new Pearl Harbor theme, it is a lot better! After that we did Who Wants to be a Millionaire. It was ok... stupid minor rule... Myself being afraid of ToT at the time, passed it up, he did too... We then headed torwards MK. We did space mountain 4 times, no wait. I tried to talk him into doing SM, but he resisted. After that, i had to meet my Mom and Dad at MGM, for fantasmic.
COMPLAINT: No direct bus to MGM from MK, so i had to take monorail to TTC and take bus from there, so no surprise that i was twenty minutes late.
Fantasmic was pretty cool, i sat in front row all the way to the left. There was a british family by me and i was ammused that they called cotton candy "candy fluff" after that we took the DIRECT bus from MGM to Polynesian and went to our concierge room. It was great! we saved a lot of money for breakast by eating at the lounge there.
Day two: Saturday
Well, i wanted to focus on MK today, so i went at about 9 am. I went back to Space mountain, and rode that about 7 times, no wait . I then went to Splash mountain and rode that about 5 times. I then headed back home because i was HOT!
Tip: If in the middle of the day, your family gets hot and exhausted, go back to the room for a break, it gets you all back to your normal, happy, selves.
After resting, i decided i would go to Epcot. I went to Test Track and did that 3 times. 20 minue wait, single rider line was closed! I then headed over to body wars to ride it, i have the feeling it won't be around much longer. NO WAIT AT ALL!!! After that, i went to space ship earth just to rest. i then retired for the night!
Day three: Sunday
I wanted to go to MGM today. I left at about 10 and got there by 11. I went on RnR about 3 times. On the third time, i was in line, and i remembered my past experiences on ToT. I decided after this, i would ride it. I rode it when i was like 5, and vowed never to ride again. I was terrified as i got in line, but i knew it was only disney so it couldn't be that bad. I payed no attention to the preshow. I got in the elevator, and i... LOVED THE RIDE!!! There was no line, and the most i had to wait for an elevator was 10 minutes. I went on to ride it over 30 times that day!!!
Secret: Before the preshow, on the left side, there is an old letter board (you click the letters into place to spell out words). It says stuff like "Tip Top Club- Upper level" Some of the letters are missing. Look down into the glass box. (it is in a glass box thingy) You can see the letters, and i quote "EVIL TOWER U R DOOMED" LOL this was so cool.
After i decided i was hungry and it was time for lunch (4 pm lol) i went to the MK for my last rides on Splash mountain!
SO... does anyone want to know anything about disney?
