Just back from a great 10 days at the World! I'll do a resort and dining report but thought I'd do a quick "highlight on the parks" report. Anyone heading down shortly should have no crowd problem at all. We arrived the 4th and surprisingly the rest of the holiday weekend and Monday were great, crowd wise. If we got to the parks early we were able to walk on everything (except Soarin which is always busy). Later in the day was still not bad with a 20 minute or less wait usually. This was the general rule for all the parks but as the week went on, the busier it seemed to get. Last weekend seemed very crowded but usually managable. We never had to use Fast Pass once. Worst was Sunday afternoon at the MK with 60 minutes waits for most rides but we had already done the circuit early (Night Of Joy crowd might have been a factor). Used MK EMH evening hours one night and it was great! Everything was a walk on and the outdoor rides are cool at night! Crowds thinned Monday and yesterday was totally dead again, so if you are headed down now, it should be great. I'm a great people observer and I think a good 40% of the guests were foreign. The usual number of September Brits and Aussies but I also noticed a large number of Japanese this trip. Lot's of Spanish and some French and Scandinavian also. Not just at Epcot but all the parks. No major "rude" incidents. Parks looked just fine and well staffed. CM's all seemed in a good mood (for the most part, there's always a few "sour pusses"). Still a bit hot and humid but certainly bearable. Very nice at night with usually a nice cooling breeze. Some rides (in the MK) had some mechanical glitches but nothing major. COP up and running all the time now. MK Rail Station looks awful covered up, but you can still ride it. I wish The Living Sea was open but Soarin made up for it! I would never go any other time of year. We had a great time! I'll answer any questions I can if anyone has any. Will try to get to the other reports soon.
