A quick trip but had loads of fun.
Ate dinner at Rainforest (Downtown Disney) and the filet was excellent and service good too.
Next day ate breakfast at Gasp.Grill at GF - unbelievable biscuits (huge) and very tasty. Ate a late lunch at Cinderella's Castle and as usual loved it. The chicken (Bruno's something or other) is so tender!!!
Next morning it was breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe. My daughter (age 21) loved the waffle (said it was best she ever had) with strawberry topping. I just adore their hash browns! Dinner was at Chef Mickey's. Daughter loves this place. I could miss it every trip! I much prefer the Concourse Steakhouse. We alternate. I have to admit the desserts were excellent!
Next morning we tried something new - Donald's Breakfast at Animal Kingdom. It was wonderful. I think that breakfast buffet is the best in all of WDW!!!!! I will never miss it again. Dinner was at Park Fare and I think this is the last time we'll eat there. Even the desserts were poor. Horrible selection. They don't even have garlic or plain mashed potatoes anymore - just sweet potatoes mashed. The cheese sauce for the broccoli was cold and lumpy. Very disappointing.
Any questions?

We enjoy Donald's too. It used to just be OK, but last year it was really good and we've gone every trip since then...including next week!:D

Thanks for the review! I agree, the belgian waffles at the GFC are wonderful!
:)

Did you try the mashed potatoes? We were there two weeks ago and we had them and they were wonderful. They did not taste like they were sweet potatoes at all. They were actually white potatoes and maybe some sweet potatoes or some other orange vegetable maybe a squash. But they were not sweet at all. They tasted like really good creamy mashed potatoes. I have emailed guest services for the recipe. I am anxious to find out what the origin of the orange color is.

That is too bad that you did not like them. Thanks for the report. I love reading them.
