I LOVE people who have such a good attitude when things don't go perfectly!
As a manager myself, I know I will give a lot more to those people than the ones who are a horse's patootie! I'm glad you had a memorable trip & congatulations on the graduation!

THank you so much for sharing your adventure!! Wow - I also am impressed by everyone's attitude! I'm sure in time the points will be worked out, just keep pressing forward and not playing a "blame game"... glad the flight home was uneventful for sure!!

I am sorry your trip ended so badly, but it sounds like the rest was good. We will be making the same trip next year with our son and 3 friends. We are going to get 2 rooms so they can have their own space. I will be making our plans at the 11 month mark so hopefully no issues!
