Hello to all future brides. I just wanted to share some ideas that I have done. My guest have all really appreciated this and it really wasn't all that much work for me. I made invitations for everyone that I wanted to invite to the wedding and mailed them out already, even though I'm not getting married until next May. I wanted to know who was interested in coming for planning purposes. A few days after I mailed out the invites, I mailed out a package that I put together. Inside the package was a letter from the DH2B and I, information, pictures and estimated price info on: all three of the hotels, flights, golfing, cirque du soleil, park tickets and a few other things. I also made up a Q&A, other tid bits of info sheet and then I had made up a questionnaire and had a return envelope inside so they could mail back the questionnaire. In the questionnaire I had questions about how many attending and age group, whether or not they would be interested in group travel so we could get discounted flights, if they would like to get group tee off times the morning of the wedding, group seats for Cirque du Soleil, and a bunch of other questions like that. I have gotten so many compliments on the package, and everyone said it helped them so much. The only thing I forgot to put in it (according to my one relative) is a map of Disney property so that they could see where the three hotels are in relation to everything else. But anyways, if you have the time to do it, all you have to do is make one master copy and then either photocopy the others, or just print multiple copies! Just a suggestion!
