Here's a pic of the WC accessible boat on the Jungle Cruise at MK.

The boat is tied up, then the platform is raised to dock height and rotated 90 degrees. When the WC is loaded, the platforms rotates back to fore and aft and lowered. When the ride is finished, the process is repeated. The only change is that the platform is rotated so that the WC can roll off forward.

Yep, the first time I rode in this boat (not long after it was put into service, I think), the Cast Members desribe it as three rides in one:
Once you're in place and they turn the platform the 90º - Mad Hatter's Tea Cups
As the platform descends - Tower of Terror
And then, finally - The Jungle Cruise

They still do.
DD rode it in October and got the same 'spiel'.

I'm glad they got it to work (and it works really slick). I was in contact with a CM while they were testing it and there were a number of times that the boat had problems (like sinking when the lift descended) before they got everything right.
