Jungle Cruise problems - how I fixed

I did the Jungle Cruise on Tuesday morning to complete the Space Quest. All was OK then. When I got home from work and turned on the computer I was notified of the latest batch of WindowsXP Home SP2 updates. So I downloaded and installed them. Ever since then I have not been able to get into the Jungle Cruise game. When I click on Start Game it gets to the screen with the blue bar and the bar stops about 2/3 of the way across.

If anyone else has installed the updates, please let me / us know if you are having the same problem.

I have notified VMK about this so hopefully if it is a Windows problem they will get it fixed quickly.

After being told that others were not having this problem I cleared my IE cache and deleted all Disney & VMK cookies, which solved the problem. Sorry for any undue concern this message may have caused.

I updated my Windows the other day and have had no problems with the Jungle Cruise. Can't imagine what the problem is

I have my windows update set to auto download and have no problems with JC.

Must be a software conflict.

Glad to hear the solution I use (clearing temp files and cookies) worked
for you. Every so often I get "stuck" trying to enter rooms.
The first time I encountered this problem, it was the Maleficent Fortress
guest room I couldn't enter. After doing the 'cleanup', I could enter those
rooms again.

So now, if I get stuck with a partially loaded room, I'll exit, clear out the
files, and I'm good as new. Don't be surprised if you find yourself stuck
in other rooms again.
