Hi,

We may go to Disneyworld the day after father's day. We haven't called yet, so we're not sure about points availability anywhere.

Assuming we can get whatever we want, what DVC offers the best pool for my wife to sit out. I suspect I'll be running with the kids on the rides that my wife doesn't do, eg. Tower of Terror, Splash Mountain, etc.

We have stayed at the Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge before.

Thanks,

Lawrence

Well, assuming you could get anything you wanted, SSR has a great pool with great areas to sit. BCV has SAB which is the best pool on property but can be hard to get a good place to sit/layout. Those would be my top 2 choices (haven't stayed at OKW, so I can't judge that).

I do think it may be difficult to get anything for this June. We made our ressies in February and didn't have many options.

I love the ambiance of the quiet, "Springs" pool at VWL. That would be my favorite place to sit, among the tall pine trees. I love the little springs in the pool itself.

i dont know if you have gone in june before or not, but when we went in june 3 years ago it rained heavily the entire time we were in the parks. we were able to go to the pool at SSR and loved it! unfortunately they had to close it after 2 hours because of thunderstorms again :sad2:

bcv pool is this best. plus it is walking distance to TOT at disney studios.

I wouldn't assume that you will get whatever you want. We will be in WDW for two nights, Father's Day night and the night after and made our ressies months ago. All that was available was SSR. We have been waitlisted for BWV, BCV and AKL and nothing has come through yet. I'd just call and see what is available and take anything you can get, before getting your hopes up for a resort you may not even be able to get into. Good luck!
