Movie of the evening: Star Wars: A New Hope

We attempted to tie dye Mickey head shirts again this year. I had a little trouble with the floss breaking while they were soaking, so the Miikey heads are a little strange. I still think they are cool!!

Movie of the evening: Tower of Terror

Chuck's vacation started at 3 AM this morning when his shift ended. Em made this for him.

Not much is going on. The days are dragging by. It is fun to say, "we are leaving Friday night, though!"

My SIL and MIL made us tie-dye shirts for our 2007 trip. We had so many people stop us and ask us where they could buy them!! We're going to have to do them again for the next trip, I think. Yeah for you guys - you're almost there!!!

2 More Days!!

Movie of the Evening: Haunted Mansion

Now my vacation has officially begun too!!! I am so ready to be away from work for awhile.

All our mousekeeper envelopes are filled and ready to go. In the past, we've gotten alot of compliments from the mousekeepers on them. It's nice to spread the magic to them!!

Em did a little project of her own. I think I've got a budding artist on my hands.

I LOVE the Little Box!!!! I will always think of that when I am bursting to be walking down Main Street, or riding the Monorail, or watching Wishes, or a million other ors! The picture of Em with the Little Box full of excitement is fabulous.

I wish I could meet you at SWW! Thank goodness September is right around the corner. We still have to get in a visit to Beaches and Cream.

That one day in my signature is looking really good!!

And since this is our last day, it is time for that honored tradition, Trip Resolutions.

Summer 2009 Trip Resolutions

I promise not to freak out if we don’t get exactly the room we want. It will all work out in the end.

I promise to go slowly and try to see the little touches that are throughout the parks and resorts.

I promise to concentrate more on playing with my family than getting to our next attraction.

I promise not to worry so much about what I look like and concentrate on having fun.

I promise to appreciate the trip I have because a lot of people are canceling this year.

I promise to have a good time and not worry about my diet ( ‘Cause its DISNEY !!!) (That one was for me from Em)

I promise to HAVE FUN AND NOT FREAK OUT . (another one from Em )

Obviously I freak out a lot more than I realize.

Lastly, I promise to leave the outside world behind and totally immerse myself in the magic.
