My budget for the week is $140 for 5 people including formula for 2 babies whatever I don't spend gets put into the Disney / Other vacation/ Extra's fund

June 4: Bit of a fail, but I knew it was coming. I broke DH's Kindle months ago so I'm getting him a new one for Father's Day $179

Today got very expensive! Oops! But when I bought DS shoes I did pick up the pair of GoWalks I've been looking for and then put them back down, so there's some good there

June 3 - $127.75 - Wishes dessert party!!! (August opened today)
$151.00 - Groceries
$51.00 - DS sneakers

Total for June: $369.75

I'm not buying ANYTHING tomorrow!

Ok so I am a little late to start but I really want to start tracking my spending and try to save more money. DH is in the army and has leave this month so we will probably spend a little more than usual but I am going to try my hardest to save.

Goals-
15 no spend days
$400 on groceries-spent $240 already
$40 toward Disney trip
2 tanks of gas for my van

June 1-3
Grocery store-$150, Sam's Club $90, old navy $70

June 4th
Buying aquarium tickets $110 (this is the only big thing we are doing during leave other then camping)

I am going to join the remainder of the month! I am going to see if I can get out of this month spending no more than $500 for gas/groceries. We went to Worlds of Fun on the spur of the moment yesterday and since I hadn't budgeted for it I feel I need to make up for it somewhere else. Plus our renter's are moving out at the end of this month so we will have the expense of driving up there to do the necessary things(We are 2.5 hours from our accidental rental). I have to hope to get a new renter quickly as well, otherwise there will be trouble! We also have to make repairs to my car, hopefully we will get out for less than 200. Our Disney trip is quickly approaching and has to be paid off in early September. I am going to start a part time job this month so that will help me be less stressed out, and August is a three paycheck month so that will pay off our Disney trip, but I will feel much less stressed if we halt most unnecessary spending.
I will not post what I spent the first 3 days bc it is embarrassing!
June 4 12.00 on milk and supplies to bake a cake for husband's employee. Hubby also got gas, not sure on how much he spent.

I've set aside $120 for groceries for the month, $50 for treats/eating out, and $80 for transportation costs. My plan for June is to spend as little else as possible, given that those necessities are taken care of and there shouldn't be much else that I "need" beside bills I'm expecting.

So far:

June 1st - 0
June 2nd - 0
June 3rd - $8 on a few grocery things, $6.50 on pizza for dinner
June 4th - $4 at the grocery store.

Today I did some errands and finally got a smart phone.

June 4th- $13.99 Brueggers Bagels, and $27.02 target (that inclues the $0.01 I payed for my phone.)

$500 for groceries. That one will be tough. But we do not eat out at all (that money is saved for The Mouse), so hopefully I won't go over my limit too badly.
