Hiya everyone,

Well, it was long over due. But, my asthma has reared it's ugly head. I have started all my meds and nebulizer, but haven't called my asthma md yet. Trying to stay off the steroids. But not sure if I can get better in 18 days without them. Although, last time I was sick and got down there, their weather cleared me up really quick. Oooooh not sure what to do?

Hiya everyone,

Tomar & TP2, worried about your storm. Looks wicked on the weather channel. This has been one long winter.

Weel, went to md on tues. So now day 3 of the steroids and heavy nebs. I am wired for sound. Antibiotics are now on day 3 also, so going back to work tommorrow. No one can complain about the "coughing" nurse. Already irritable on the steroids thou. Just can't control it.

EE22 and Candi, Woke up to 3 inches of snow here again today, but looks like moving all east quickly and should clear up for now. Lets hope.

Pulled out some shorts and have a ironing pile going. Just not up to it yet. but, feel better at least having made a decision.

I am soooooooooooooooo overwith this winter !!!....Its been snowing since early this morning !....ICK !
Im soooo sorry that you are sick .....I know all about being on Prednisone ! ......Try to stay calm...I know its hard .....Keep thinking about your upcomnig trip !!

Well, tomorrow is March so I hope winter is done now. Who knows.

Sorry you are not well mky, but glad you went to the doc. It's been cold again in FL from my friends that report in. They were working hard keeping the flowers alive at Epcot for the Garden show.

MKY - I hope you are feeling better. Take care of yourself so you can head south.

Well, it was a rough weekend here. I had a fender bender in the Costco parking lot...then the battery died because of the four way flashers. DH rescued me and bought a new battery at Costco and put it in the car for me.

The today, I am leaving home and my neighbour crashed into the side of the car!

There is about $3000 in damage to my car now!

The good news is no one was hurt.

We have a very busy week coming up. I am hoping to pack a bit earlier this year. Hopefully I can pull it off.

Hiya everyone,

Starting to feel a little better. Sinus infection still in progress, but the steroid withdrawl was brutal. Work has still been busy. and have not felt up to getting online, till now. I see I am at 9 days! That is unreal and exciting. These last few weeks have flown by.

Candi, glad no one was hurt. Are you ready yet?
Looks like the weather is starting to break in florida, they are saying that next week it will be 80! Lets hope.
Don't forget about the time change to daylight savings while we are in florida. That will give me a 2 hr difference.

EE22, nice pictures, tell DD we liked her shoes.

MKY: Just catching up. Didn't realize what was going on. That Prednisone. I didn't realize when DD5 was in the hospital but she would have periods of calm and then flip out. I now know the flip out times were after the prednisone. I really can't imagine how it makes you feel but I saw first hand how a 5 year old reacted to it. It took 2 nurses and her parents to hold her down. Just awful. Glad things are getting better.

Candi: We have a ton of damage to DH's car too. He hit a telephone pole a couple of weeks ago. The snow is killing us. About an inch on the ground but ice under it. He had not even left our neighborhood when it happened. He is going tomorrow to get some work done. He can't get into his door so it needs to be done.

Tomar: We woke up to more snow this morning. Kids are even annoyed at this point. They WANT to go to school. It is really starting to mess things up. Tests being rescheduled. Then DD5 is jumping all over the place in kindergarten. Hopefully we are now done. We did our time this winter.

EE22: You have been so busy. Hope all is well. DD looked wonderful and HAPPY at that dance. Happy is so important.

Busy busy here in New Jersey too these days...but I try to check in every now and then to catch up on what all my friends are up to !!

MKY- Soooo happy that your feeling alittle better ...I remember haveing a bronchial infection just before we went to the world last summer....I actually argued with the doc not to take the prednisone...but...I ...lost Don`t worry....Once you go through the Mickey and Minnie gates....you will be feeling just fine !!........and the warm weather will feel soooooo wonderful !!
I can`t believe your trip is almost here !!!!
I wish that you, and Bug, have a WONDERFUL TIME !!!

TP2- It was mostly a rainy mix here in NJ today ....Either way....I can`t wait for this winter to END already !!!!

EE22- DL11 was surely the "Belle of the Ball"......

Tomar: We are definatly ready for this winter to end!

So funny thing. Yesterday was the 100th day of school so the kindergarten class had to list different things. DD5 said that Disney has 100 scary rides that she is afraid of. The kids all want to go back. Gotta pay for DH car repairs so that may be summer vacation this year. We shall see.

TP2, I can't image what a 5 yr old feels on prednisone. But, this time I got really depressed? Starting to come out of that funk now. Usually, very irritable [and can't control it] and then your muscles just ache. Can't stand anyone touching me. Sounds crazy, but it was really bad. I probably, would not of agreed to the steroids this early, I usually wait till I've been sick for weeks, but with the trip hoping to cure the asthma crisis first.
Sorry about all your snow. That is a real issue, it has been so bad this year. Today, here it got up to 47 and the snow is STILL here. It has not all melted yet. Its ridiculous and not half as bad here, as you and tomar got.

EE22, good luck with sports this spring. Thanks for the weather updates.

Tomar, I am hoping the warmer weather, will clear the last of this asthma. So tired of neb and meds. Stay healthy.

Candi, I have soooooooooo much to do. all in 9 days.

AAHHHH.....it was in the 60`s here in New Jersey yesterday !!
Spring is on the horizon everyone !!!
We went to see "Alice in Wonderland" on Sunday.....I enjoyed it very much....it is a modern day version of the old Classic .....HBC was just Great as the Red Queen, and Johnny Depp....Well, what can I say....he`s always great !! ....I don`t think the Perfectly Princess is ready for this sort of film yet though...so I didn`t recommend that DS & DDIL take her to see it !! I think alttle too intense for the little ones ..
OOO...The movie is offered in 3-D, we didn`t see it in 3-D...but it was great just the same !

Hiya everyone,

Wow, march has been some month so far. And still sick. I had a second round of antibiotics "levaquin" this time and am having some terrible side effects. My knees and right hand are extrememly painful. It effected my joints. >> so they are totally acting up. I feel like I am 89 years old with arthiritis. The sinus infection worked good with this antibiotic but not worth these problems. Came home early from work today cause we slowed down and I volunteered, cause of not feeling good. This is no position to be in with only 3 days to go.
Keep your fingers crossed.

Yesterday I was off and got some stuff packed, even thou, I didn't feel good. Can't believe it is here already.

Tomar, I can't believe you got up to 60. We are no where near that number here. Looks like fla is in the 70's. It is suppose to rain all week here. And there is still some snow in piles not melted.

Hang in there EE22, your break is coming.

TP2, did you get up to 60 too?
