Bummer! These dates won't work out for her, but she'll get to see the holiday decorations though I'm sure. I am waiting for park hours for that time.

Did you do an morning EMH at DHS? How did that go for you? I think I remember well? Yes? I worry with her as I don't think she bought hoppers and it might get too busy during the rest of the day. Thoughts?

Hiya everyone!

Minnie! 10 days to go! Yeah! You sound all ready. Did you work out the car thing?

TP2, 19 days! Yeah!

EE22, yes, we only did one am emh. It was for dhs. Got there for opening and went right to TSM. Got Fastpass first, then got in line. It was already about 20 minutes [but no FP going through yet]. Then we got out and rode regular line again. Now, about 35 minutes & FP started when we where almost done. When we got out, I was ok to get another FP and did. Then we rode our 2 FP rides. So we rode it 4 times before moving on. By time my 2nd window opened up for FP, it was sold out. I really don't mind waiting for rides IF your in airconditioning. I like to wait for space mt. especially. Lets the excitment build up and its nice, cool, dark,... . Relaxing. I usually FP buzz lightyear [poor air conditioning] or BTMRR very hot line waiting. Definately worth getting up early for EMH @ DHS. I heard alot of people talking saying that they where getting FP for everyone @ TSM and the rest where riding RRRC & TT. Heard some teens saying no one was hardly over by RRRC or TT.

mky...it's been so long since I've done an EMH morning

Is the fast pass machine open when they open for EMH?
I think I understand that it is. I couldn't remember for sure.

I know at evening EMH, they are not, for a lot of different reasons.

Did you see they are testing a central location for fastpasses at AK?
I hope they still keep them at the rides too though.

Yes, the FP as open for early entry am.

We didn't go to ak this last trip. Was too hot, and we didn't make it over there. We ran out of time.

We are getting ready. We are doing a ton of work around the house so we need for everything to be done before we can leave. Today was carpets. Tomorrow a new door. DD5 is getting hardwood floors in her room. That project starts tomorrow too. Busy busy busy....

Humphrey: Thanks for the advice about the Basin. I have never been but I will be sure to check it out. After we get some candy at Goofys.

Tomar: Welcome Back! Can't wait to hear all about your trip. I feel like it went very fast.

We have waited for this trip for so long and now we are so busy. I can't believe we are only 19 days away and my luggage is still in the attic. Gotta busy day tomorrow!

Wow you do have alot going on. Are you doing some work yourselves or have a construction crew living with you? Either way, it is alot to do at once. Just think, it will be like coming home to a whole new house. Thank you for the wishes.

Hi everyone!

Well I sure missed a lot.

Life has been busy. Work has been insane! My alergies have been bad lately - all the rain helping the weeds grow. With the city workers on strike, everything is very long and that is not helping. But they went back to work on Monday, after 15 weeks on the picket line.

My sister took the girls to Cedar Point last Friday. Have any of you been there? It is called the roller coaster capital.

I hope everyone is feeling better.

Hi Everyone !!!!!! .....We`re home !!!
First let me say ,that it was wonderful to meet everyone on the 13th.....Mr. Tomar and I had a Great time, thanks to MKY and Bug for putting the Wishes cruise together......it was a beautiful night, being with EE22 and family...and MKY and Bug!!
TP2, Candi and Minnie.....thanks for holding up the fort here at home ....Our thoughts were with you !
Well guys, A very higher authority heard my prayers all day yesterday, our flight was delayed from 11am until 8:05 pm due to storms here in New Jersey !!
MCO was a MESS !!...People all over the place ....all east coast flights were delayed ALL DAY !! ...I really thought that we were gunna be sleeping on a chair in the airport !! OMG !......My DS kept calling us and said that they closed the Jersey Turnpike (something that NEVER happened) due to the storm....
Thank Goodness at 8:05 we finally boarded our flight and we got into Newark after 10....by the time we got home it was after 12am....Im still in a daze from it all !!!.....
We had a great time in the world this year.....the weather was great....(it only rained a couple of days)...but for the most part ...the afternoon showers weren`t bothersome AND SOMETIMES DIDN`T HAPPEN at all !!
We tryed a couple of new restaurants.....when we moved over to the BWV we had Brunch at "Fresh" (at the dolphin)....Mr. Tomar loved it ....
This year (as you guys know , the themeing is all about celebrating )...and so alot of the restaurants make a HUGE announcement if its a Birthday or an Anniversary....we were at Cape May Cafe on the actual night of our Ann. (the 28th)....and the server wrote "Congratulations" to us on the paper tablecloth, and gave us a signed mickey card....when the desert came it had candles on it....but....Mr. tomar opted out of having the whole restaurant wish us a happy anniversary....I agreed too...it was a bit much for folks married as long as we are.....but we loved the guesture !!.......
MKY and Bug- Hope your week went well...(sorry about the wet boat ride).....EE22 Im loveing the pictures of your vacation.....I will try to get the photopass pictures up soon and send them to you all.....

Our luggage is still in the family room...not looking forward to this part ....the un-packing
Anyway.....we rode our favorite ..."Soarin"...and did "toy story Mania" 3 times .....if you don`t get Fast passes by 12pm for that ride ...forget it guys .....I think that is a BAD feature of the FP system....the morning we went to the Studios..there was a woman with (Honestly) about 25 tickets standing there getting fast passes for TSM......by the time we got ours...it said return time 7:55 pm.....that was ridiculous !!!....And if your in a park for EMH nights .....forget FPs again....
EE22- How are you feeling ?......Pneumonia ?.....OMG......Please....take care of .....YU !!
TP2- Happy redecorating !! ...I used to love to change rooms around ....now I just want to sit and relax ..

I am excited about your trips, but it's painful for me as I am going back to work and heading into DS's senior year is very strange for me...so I want time to stand still at the moment.

Sorry about your travel day Tomar. My friend from here will top any travel day any of us will ever have...even our 1 am arrival at SSR or the failed take off and blizzard last Dec. She was down there when we were and rode Soarin' with usTh-Sun...just a quick trip. On Sunday (her birthday) when they were flying home, they were delayed 4 hours due to rain...so it was about 8 pm...they nearly went off the runway...due to the heavy rain and then she found out (when her hubby told her) that her mom had a horrible accident that day. She is recovering, but she has broken legs and I can't even remember what else. So, the blizzard last Dec and this July's trips will never be as bad as that!!I am so excited for her though because she booked a great ap rate at AKL for December.

MKY and BUG...your trip will be here before you know it.

Candi...I'm in your state...just waiting and waiting and waiting....

Tomar: I think the lady getting the fastpasses could have been a leader of a tour group. There was one at ToT. People were angry as only two machines were working and she had one of them. I waited over 20 minutes. NOT HAPPY! of course, I was sick too.

Dog (that we have not allowed into the bedrooms) just snuck in a threw up on the new carpet. Anyone want a dog??? We just gave the kids the lecture that they have to take better care of him or we are giving him away. I am DONE with having a dog.

TP2: I hear all the time about how I have been so mean as we have never had any pets. I have caused them great mental harm. I could not handle an animal.

Use Woolite carpet cleaner...Tomar gave me the heads up on that when the rubber belt melted into my carpet and left a black spot when I touched it. I tried Resolve and it made the spot worse. I had to use goo gone to get the rubber out and then a carpet cleaner.

Sorry about the Dog.......reminds me of the the commercial about the little kid telling his mother that "Toby" learned a new trick ...did you see that one? ....WOOLITE its the best !!...I have light beige carpeting and it does the trick all the time ...Get the Foam spray can !!

EE22- I am soooooooo unhappy about those FP HOGS !!!.....I really couldn`t believe that....at 11 in the morning....the return time was 7:55 pm.....O-M-G !!....that`s just not fair.....and the woman in front of us could care less about the longggggggggggggggggggg line behind her....she just kept popping those cards in and getting more FP`s........
Im sorry....I protest the handleing of the fast pass system.....one pass per person......end of story !!!
