Hiya everyone,

Tomar, I have been trying to get bug in citrico's for the last 2 yrs.

Jmouse, take it easy. Sounds like you work midnites, UGH. :wizard:

TP2, keep an eye for me with the august hours. I will watch too.

** I could not get my ressies for march on the computer, so i could print it payed off. So I called and the "automated" thing said 1br at Jambo hourse, I was freaking. So finally got to agent and it is still kidani. They sent them finally. I don't think that new system online is too great to pull up your info. :confused3

Happy weekend and planning all, mky:cutie:

MKY: I started another thread and someone responded with great information on August hours. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2648217

We really don't have too much on the character meal front so I figured Garden Grill will fit in nicely. Have never been. Teppan Edo I can take or leave but the kids loved it. I agree though about getting seated with other people. I spent the entire meal talking with a complete stranger. Don't get me wrong, she was really nice but in both situations we (both of the moms) talked to each other the entire time and the kids and husbands were silent on both ends. But the food was good and fresh and basic. Not premade or anything and I really don't see the use of anything artificial because we saw everything fresh and raw so I liked that.

Tomar: Melting here too. Thank goodness. I was beginning to loose it. I was telling EE22 how we never have the same snow on the ground this long. Usually just for a day or two and then it melts. We have had snow since Christmas.

I did not even make 1 ADR yet and already I am dreaming about all the food we will be eating.:rolleyes1 Less than 2 weeks and we will be in full swing planning mode!!!:yay:

Candi: Hot little dress is right! Hope she has fun at the dance.

JMouse: You are workin workin workin!!! You go girl!!!:woohoo:

Hi All...catching up...my odd post in the middle there was to Minnie, but I didn't realize I missed an entire page:lmao:

Enjoyed all the posts...too tired to comment on everything, but we all survived the week and the plans sound great.

Thought I'd mention that Raglan Road won't take adrs for St. Patty's...I read that somewhere...don't remember where though.

Keep warm and happy planning.

I know the dress could look very grown up for 15 but she is so slim and at 5' 5" it gives her a little shape at least. She is not large in any area, or it would be too sexy.

We found some cute black T-strap high heels today so I think she is pretty much set. The dress arrived at her friends house so they will bring it over for us.

The semi has now been moved to the first week in March so it is no longer a huge rush. :rotfl:

Oh well.

It sounds like some fun planning is starting to "heat up" :lmao: for summer.

34 days for us MKY

trip: yeah... but its stressin too.. im just trying to survive..

Hiya everyone, :cheer2:

Jmouse, enjoy your weekend.

TP2, found your thread and joined. :thumbsup2 I know a code is a long shot. I would settle for an ap rate? :worship:

EE22, I think I read that somewhere about Raglan Road too. The last few years St. Pat's day is picking up in florida. More people wearing green and pins / shirts etc. marking the day. A few years ago, no one even new what we where talking about. :confused3 Up here we dye the chicago river green and it has a parade, and just about a whole holiday. Really a party day. Can get wild. { Have DD bring her green. } :woohoo:

Candi, I am sure the dress looks very beauitful on her. You might want to borrow it for the cruise?

Tomar, We have mixed feeling about via napoli. Finally pizza at wdw. But, not quite as good as it is here. It is loud, noisy and tight seating. I liked "regular" italy for the other foods better. See what you think. It does have an interesting room.

Well, today was probably one of the better days at work we've had in a while. Thank you, :wizard: ;) And the good news is we are supposed to get another 3 inches tonight. Not started yet. Not sure where we can put that. How much have you guys melted? Thinking we are gonna flood whenever this does melt. Its been super cold here this week too. Ever since it snowed bad.

Have a great weekend. 33 days to gooooooo!

mky:cutie:

im trying to.. i just basically slept all day saturday...

only a month? thats great! that when the anxiousness starts in the worse..

mky...I forgot about the big doings in Chicago for St. Pat's. I am not sure when their spring break is either for there.

It's very strange to think of her there in only 6-7 months...about the time you and TP2 go on your vaca to WDW.

We have less snow than normal on the ground this year, but we have problems when snow north of us melts. Hopefully it melts slowly. This coming week it's going to be in the 30's. 20's yesterday felt like a heatwave.

MKY - a size 3 dress might fit my one leg :lmao: But thanks for being so kind. :rotfl: She is going to wear the dress on the cruise as well. I would not have paid $80 for a dress she would only wear once.

As for snow, nothing has melted here since just after Christmas I think. We have way more snow than we normally do. We had to shovel a path to the compost bin in the yard since it is at the back.

Our young cat is all jazzed up from being inside so much. He usually goes in and out. He is wondering around looking for trouble these days. :rotfl:

32 days left of planning till our cruise!

MKY :cutie:- Yikes ....we made 2 adrs at Via Napoli  .....I think we will go once (just to see how the restaurant is )...if the experience isn`t good, we will cancel the second adr while we are there .:rolleyes1
I didn`t think that the Pizza was going to be like our "New York" Pizza:cloud9:
but, I was willing to give it a shot anyway ;)....however...The noise and tight seating....I really can do without that !!:headache:
thank you so much for the heads up !!

32 more days for You and Bug and Candi !! Whoo Hoo !!:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Hi everyone.

It was milder today and things did a bit of melting but not much, then we got another couple of inches this evening. The big dog is now having trouble getting around the yard. When the snow is deep for a Shepard, you know you are in trouble. :lmao:

I have an interview tomorrow afternoon...send some pixie dust as it sounds promising. :goodvibes

I will be sure and tell them I have a trip booked for March and negotiate that in. ;)

Good Luck Candi.
in the 20's here today which was nice, but the frigid deep freeze is coming before the 30's at the end of the week.

The fact that your trips are so close keeps spring on my mind!!

Candi, Hope things went well today. Very exciting.

Tomar, sorry about via napoli. Maybe it is better now. That was pretty close to opening for them when we went.

EE22, yep, the "cold" is coming. But we haven't melted at all. Looks like the anartica here. All we need is penguins. Worrying about the flood that is gonna hit with this melting. Last night we got another couple of inches. This is becoming "old" quick.

Bug, and I are playing with the idea of leaving 1 day earlier. Looks like SW added some later times so might fly in the night before and that would be great.

Hoping everyone has a great night. mky:cutie:

I am not a good judge of how the interview goes. I think it went okay but when they asked if I would be willing to work from 11am to 9:30pm each day (there are on a standard 10 day) I had to say that I really did not want to do that.

That is usually something they ask people that don't have much experience to do....not 20 years! :scared1: I would hate working that every day. When would I see the kids? :headache: So that answer may have cost me the job but I guess we'll see.

I have another interview with a differnt placement agency tomorrow morning. I am going to keep on looking. :cheer2:

Just 31 days left for me and maybe 30 for MKY and Bug.

COLD!! we didn't melt either mky, but we don't have what the East does. Might melt this coming weekend.

Candi...you made the right choice.

Good luck with your plans mky...LEAVE EARLY IS MY VOTE!!

Everyone else...STAY WARM AND HAPPY PLANNING!

Well we changed the plane to the red eye the night before. Won't have to fight am commuter traffic to the the airport. Might be more rested and not start out tired from the get go. So we cannot get our akl villa a day early. :sad2: So what to do? Go to disney and stay somewhere very very late and leave in am or just wait it out and stay at the airport hyatt? Got a pretty good rate AAA for that. Bug, is going in early and will have to talk it over tommorrow and see what she thinks. Seems like I can get the car changed with no price change but not sure it is worth all that moving of luggage in and out etc. So think I will just do the hyatt and pick the car up around 9am. :confused3

Candi, Oooh those hrs are bad. Nursing we are used to getting a bad shift if you change jobs even with experience, but I thought most others didn't have to work like that.

Have a great nite, mky:cutie:

:thumbsup2::thumbsup2:thumbsup2 on the red eye
go as close as possible if it's really late!
very tired, getting a car and going to Disney makes for family bickering ;)

MKY - I can highly recommend the ORL airport Hyatt :thumbsup2 I moved there at the end of a business trip for an extremely early flight the next morning and received an awesome club level free upgrade :cool1: As much as I love WDW time I'd do this again no questions asked :goodvibes

Minnie & EE22, thanks so much! Glad to hear about the hyatt. It does look nice. We could just get our luggage, and a cart > go to room and back out next day to car. Seems alot easier. I always wanted to check it out when at the airport. looking for resturants or a quiet spot to kill time.
Your right about the bickering. It doesn't take too much to set us off. :rotfl:

We have done that twice now, fly in the night before, stay close to the airport and then go back for a car in the morning and start the vacation! I prefer that to an early flight the day the vacation starts.

Usually you don't have to work shifts in my line of work. You work days and they call you at home if they really need something done or an answer to a question.

:goodvibes
