Tomar: I actually got to stay concierge at YC when I worked. While planning conventions I got to visit several times because of all the planning that went on. I was always considered a "VIP"
. While having the room with refreshments open was very nice, it was hard for me to find times that I was free and it was available. And the concierge was VERY snooty!
I remember asking (of course we had no idea that you need ADR's) for a reservation for my staff during our 2 week stay. I can't remember where we wanted to eat but it was not in a park. She looked at me like I had 10 heads and just chuckled. Did not try to help in anyway. In my mind, she had 2 full weeks to book this reservation, she could not get us in anywhere??? Isn't that what concierge service is for?
Of course I did not know that you had to book so far out I thought no one stayed on site for 2 weeks so we would be good. Figured most people would just make reservations the day of.
Who knew?

)....We stood at the grand for our 25th anniversary for 10 nights, and adored the morning room service for breakfast , with NO club level service either...so I could live without it....it was just a thought

I've always been passive aggressive.
I kid you not.

....Sounds like they all have Un-disney like attitudes
....we called down and had someone come up and look at the situation, it was as if we left the room open for anyone to come in and help themselves !! YIKES ! they told us that someone had called mousekeeping for a blanket...but the blanket was delivered to our room by mistake and the cm that brought it ...left the door open ! WHA ???
....The front desk apologized, and sent us a beautiful goodie basket to ease our pain....

Can't wait for DF to see why I love WDW so much

So, it last quite a while. And yes, I am still coughing, and mucousy.

CAN`T WAIT TO HEAR ALL ABOUT YOUR FABULOUS HALLOWEEN TRIP !!
