June hours for MK have been extended

Yay!! Looks like it's just MK only right now, but I'll take it! Still hoping for longer hours and fireworks (old or new...don't care which) at HS.

Edited the title for accuracy. MK only for now. I hope you get your wish for HS.

OOH OOH OOH!!! Checking later weeks now...

...11:00 for us, too. Nice!

Thank you so much for the info!

So the question now is, do I add the park hopper option to run back to MK a few late nights while my DW goes back to AoA to put DS4 to bed?

She does understand my commando style planning, which we cannot do this trip with the little one....

We nearly always park-hop... virtually every single day.

But YOU may not NEED to.
How do you know?
What should you do?

Simple:
You don't need to buy the "Hopper Option" UNLESS and UNTIL you need it.

If you are already at one park and decide that you'd like to "hop" to another... right then,
just walk up to a ticket window, add on the Hopper option (costs the same price if you buy it before or DURING your trip) and you're ready to hop (that day, and any others, for the rest of your trip.) You must make this and all other upgrade choices within the first 14 day of when the ticket was first used and no later than on the day that you use the ticket's last asset.

If you go and NEVER need to hop, don't buy the upgrade, and you can then spend all those "extra" bucks on more WDW souvenirs! :thumbsup2

The Hopper is a one-time charge that will cover every day on your ticket from the time that you choose to add the option.
The cost of the Hopper option now varies... as of the last price increase (Feb, 2014.)
If you upgrade some tickets by adding "days" you might also have to increase what
you pay for the Hopper option on those tickets.

Adding the Hopper to a one-day ticket costs $40.
Adding the Hopper to a two-day or three-day ticket costs $50.
Adding the Hopper to a four-day thru ten-day ticket costs $60.

SPECIAL NOTE:
If you already have the Water Parks Fun and More option on your tickets,
adding the Hopper is a one-time, one-price fee of just $26 per ticket.

All prices, plus tax.

I was hoping for 12am or later. I guess you can't have it all.

Last June they also opened earlier on most days - 8 AM. It was announced late and foiled my 815 ressie at Crystal Palace.
Not sure, but this might still be in the offing as we grow later into May.

Thanks so much for posting! I just checked our week in June and hours are extended. I also noticed the waterpark hours are extended.

Ok, so I have never been in June and have never paid much attention to the hours. But is 11pm a normal closing time for the MK then?

I looked at week of the 19th and noticed there were several 11pm closings that week. It looks to me as if Disney is posting the 11pm close time in hopes to have the DAH event from 11-2. Am I missing something here or spot on?

Last year we were at WDW for 14 nights in June and MK closed at 12 every night. HS closed later too with 2 shows of fantasmic each night. AK was either 5-6, and Epcot was 9.
These hours are better for the June people, happy for y'all. Now hoping the July hours need to be looked at???

Thank you so much for this info. Quick question. I have 5 day tickets without park hopper. If we wanted to, is it possible to add it to the middle 3 days of the ticket? First and last days are partial because of flights. Small difference in price but just curious. Thanks!

Park hoppers are all or nothing. They won't let you hop only on certain days for a discount.

DOH. Why couldn't they have gone ahead & updated the HS hours too. Going IN JUST 3 WEEKS. Come on already Disney - get with the program!!!! :headache:
