June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

Was sick yesterday so got in no exercise at all. Did 40 minutes of a high intensity workout today. New total 280/1300

I wish I could do 40 min of high intensity!
 

6-7 walk 45 and walk 20
6-8 curves 40 mins

500/1100
 
Took a walk with my DD(13) this morning so I'm up to 240/500!
 
Walked another 45 minutes this morning with my DH. That puts me at 560/1500 so far. Hoping to walk again later too.
 
490/1600. I'll see 500 by the end of today- thank goodness! Though I guess that's only 1/3rd of the way through- GEEZ! LOL!

As of today I'm up to 265/1500. Phew! My legs are killing me too!
 
DH and I walked another 20 minutes tonight. I am at 580/1500.
 
long slow run today, plus a 600 meter swim, 172 minutes total (ouch)
up to 608/1600
 
As of yesterday, I am at 368/1500.
 
Everyone is doing so great. :thumbsup2 I'm now at 525/2600. I was sick :sick: most of last week. I'm really going to have to work hard to get to my goal in the next three weeks. :yay:
