With today's class (60 min) and time on the elliptical (75 min), I'm up to 975/3500 for almost 28%. I have to average 117 minutes per day to meet my goal. Due to massive amounts of walking while in Austin this weekend and cardio I did there and taking 4 different classes Monday, I'm ahead of schedule. :yay:

Yesterday I walked 45 minutes and strength trained 20 minutes for a daily total of 65. My new June total is 400/1600.

Take a look at my new clippie. I have now lost 15 pounds. YIPPEE!

I know this is OT... And I hope I can explain this so everyone can understand... I was walking my dog... and a lil girl dog came a long and my lil boy dog and lil girl dog tried to do what lil boy and lil girl dogs do... I grabbed my dogs collar and the dogs were going around in circle and my middle finger got wrapped up and they kept going in circle and the collar kept getting tighter and tighter and I just couldn't do anything to get it loose and then I yelled for help and my dog started to get strangled:scared1: and I really started to freak out... finally my boyfriend unlatched the collar and everything. I wasn't sure what happend, but I don't think my finger is broken just really bad oxygen deprivation. It was all swollen and purple yesterday. I iced it most of the night and this morning it was really swollen and its reddish right now.

Ok add 60 minutes for me today... I got called into work.. and usually I don't include when I work but I got called in for a couple hours and it's lifting and a lot of walking and stuff.

That's 285/600.

Was sick yesterday so got in no exercise at all. Did 40 minutes of a high intensity workout today. New total 280/1300
