June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

OK so I'm a slacker and haven't even come close to my goal for months. I really want to make goal in June, so put me down for 3 minutes!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Ok I'll try to get back into this by starting slow. Put me down for 500 this month please.

Count me in! I'm going on a one week vacation to visit my family so I'm not sure how active I'll be but put me down for 750 minutes please! I've got 4 months left until vacation and I'm really want to look good in those tank tops.

I really need some motivation so I will shoot for 1500 this month. I need to get back into the swing of things and this may just be what I need! Thanks for doing this! :thumbsup2

Hi everyone! :wave2: I'm a newbie to this board, but desperately need some motivation to get moving for out trip in February. I don't want to set myself up to fail yet, and I've been out of the exercise thing for awhile now, so I'm going to commit to 500 minutes for the month of June. Then if I do more, that's great! Probably 497 minutes more exercise than I usually do in a month. :rotfl:

This is my first challenge! I just got started on watching my diet and exercise this week. I think the motivation of a challenge will really help. Put me down for 1000 minutes please.

First time joing an exercise challenge! I will start out with 600 minutes though - do not want to set myself up for failure. For me, that is 30min 5 x per week.
 
Thanks for hosting this, Jennifer! I am going for 1800 minutes this month. Haven't done this in a while and life is completely insane, but it is better to set a goal and not meet it than to not set a goal at all. :thumbsup2
 
I feel like such a wimp! I'm only in for 900 minutes. I'll do the best I can though!
 
Ok, THIS is the month! I am starting a new program and I need the challenge. I want to lose some weight by the end of Aug so I can buy new clothes for my new job.

SO......1000 minutes this month for Dawn. Those will include my weight lifting.

This is such a great motivator. I have never done this before, but please put me down for 1000 minutes. I have just started a diet and exercise plan, and this should help to keep me from slacking. Thanks for doing this.
